Dr J Express Care

This is another review of the nurse Enga Santman. I am just glad to hear she's rude to everyone. My husband had an identical problem with her. He went in for a cold and left having only been lectured about his weight. When I saw her she told me antibiotics don't affect your birth control any more. Thankfully I didn't get pregnant, but I was later told that she was wrong to tell me that. This was when she was working at ACU, thank heavens she doesn't any longer.

Dr. Connie was the best doctor I have ever had. I was very sick sick and she took care of me immediately. She is a true asset to your clinic. I would recommend Dr.J's to any one I know. I went to the one on Ridgemont. Great bedside manner and I just loved her to death. Thank you Dr, Connie!!!

I would like to address my horrible experience with a health care provider name, Enga M. Santman, M.S.N, ARNP at this urgent care facility. I came in for allergies and a potential ear infection. When Nurse Santman came into the room she did not introduce herself to me nor did she ask how I was feeling. Instead I was verbally attacked about my weight and in a very rude tone she stated, "FIRST OF ALL YOU NEED TO DO SOMTHING ABOUT YOUR WEIGHT." She was short with everything I asked her about my health. I understand that As a Health care Provider she has to acknowledge my health concerns. But her Lack of empathy and kindness is unethical and I felt targeted; additionally, her bedside manner was terrible. I called in confidence to the other office to complain to her supervisor, I did not leave my name or telephone number. And shortly afterwards I received a phone call directly from her, needless to say that did not turn out well. I felt my privacy of calling in confidence was violated and should also be addressed.
