Party City

Whenever I am planning a party or something for Halloween, this is the first place I go. They have many varieties of items. And they are at very good prices. I do however have a problem with help being given. There never seems to be anyone around to help. And when there is there are too many people in line. It's a good place to go for all types of fun stuff. But don't expect to get help easily if you go.

PROS: Fun and cheap items
CONS: Not much help
