Stopped in to have a beer and check out the place. it was cool and the staff was very nice. I will go back.
My and my girlfriend always passed by this place wondering what it was like. So one night we decided to stop in and have a drink just to see what it was like. it was AWESOME, very country but i love the hometown bar feel of it and the fact that you can relax before you go out nd relax when you come back from a long night of partying is AWESOME!

This place is great. There was live music which was good. It wasn't too crowded. Very good atmosphere, nice people. Very good local bar.
Pros: Not very loud, good music and nice people.
Cons: Not a huge beer selection, but not that small...
This place is great. If you want to hang out with some true austinites in an unpretentious and friendly atmosphere, this is the place to have a drink. Like that Cheers theme song "You want to go where everyone knows your name", everyone here will remember your name even if youve only been there once. It draws in all types - rednecks, bikers, yuppies, students, just about every type of person yu could think of. And they are always so friendly, just dont throw an attitude, cause they can throw back. And the bartenders are HAWT, hats off to the ladies.
