"BOTTOM LINE" If you want to see animals go to the zoo. Go ahead and eat there as well as the food will probably be better and a heck of a lot cheaper.I arrived here with high hopes of some great food and an awesome atmosphere. Wow, was I disappointed on both ends. The service up front was poor. The person who greeted us did not say hello or anything just "Head on back to the back 40" Which apparently is the back room. The three of us ordered three very different things. I ordered a rare 16oz. Ribeye, also ordered was a Poorboy sub and a Brisket and Sausage plate. My salad was ok but had some brown lettuce in it. The steak however was ABYSMAL. I paid $26 for a steak that could have been tofu for all of the taste it had. Yes, it was tender but it tasted like warm wet cardboard. The brisket and sausage plate was "ok" according to the person eating it. The Poorboy was "ok" as well.I would not recommend this place to anyone. Eat at a national chain food place and you will get better food and atmosphere.

Kind of feels like you're back in the old west because of the rustic decor and the smell of beef over an open fire. The steaks are grilled just the way you like'em and the BBQ is slow cooked the way it should be. Plenty of room for families.
