Years ago, after taking my car to several places for repair work, wasting a lot of time and money, I needed a GOOD mechanic, someone I knew I could trust to fix it right the first time and not charge an arm and a leg to do it.

A friend introduced me to Gus, when he was still located in an old Fina station on Belt Line Rd. That was in 1982. Whether it's just for an oil change or a major repair, Gus and his guys will do it right.

They always call when they find what's wrong, gives me an estimate on the charges, and a timeframe as to when it can be fixed it and how long it will take. Additionally, he'll tell you when he sees something that's going to need repairing in the future, or if something is wrong that you might not be aware of yet. . . in writing.

I have referred my friends, family and co-workers to Gus. And, for almost 30 years, all my vehicles have gone to Gus for maintenance and repairs - need I say more??

I have owned and operated a limousine service for the last 14 years. I have always taken my business and personal vehicles to Gus?? Auto Center. They are friendly, dependable and Gus just won??t do anything I ask unless I need it done! Other shops wanted a lot of money to do a brake job and I was shocked when I took my car to Gus and the bill was less than a fourth of the cost of the other shops. When I inquired why, he just said I didn??t need the repair that the other shops were trying to charge me for. Great place

We have been taking our family and extended family cars to Guss Auto Center for over ten years. It is a small, family owned auto repair center and we have never had one dissatisfied moment. Guss will tell you exactly what's wrong, what your options are, and what the expense is for each option and then let you make your decision. Your car is ready in a timely fashion and there are no hidden expenses. As a female customer, I have always felt that I've been treated fairly and respectfully.
