Most understanding employee award goes to you guys. When my husband ordered flowers for our first anniversary and asked for no daises or roses, there was a mix-up in orders and that is just what I got. After writing an unfavorable review, a super-nice person named Sarah contacted me and offered to redo my order! Only in Austin, my friends. The new flowers are beautiful, truer to season and so tasteful. Coming from a flower snob, this is quite a compliment! I am happy to say I will reorder without hesitation in the future! Thank you!

I ordered an anniversary beautiful arrangement from charlottes to give to my girlfriend of 6 months, and found the flowers to be absolutely gorgeous. They treated me with great service and made sure to keep me happy. Charlottes was the best choice to keep things simple and still get amazing results.

Received beautiful cut flower arrangement for Mother's Day. Have given my flowers a good drink of water every day since delivery. They have rewarded me by adding a bright spot to my home and my day. This is the sixth day (Friday) including Sunday that I have enjoyed my flowers. The arrangement appears that it will last into next week, some of the flowers may last beyond that. I plan to continue my daily watering until the last one fades away. What a wonderful Mother's Day remembrance! Thanks for an excellent fresh cut flower arrangement. I have never been disappointed throughout the many years of receiving flowers from Charlotte's.

A real friendly group there. I am very particular when it comes to giving flowers as a gift. Sometimes my mood and the occasion dictates what I give. Sometimes it's just one simple flower and sometimes it's a nice arrangement. Whatever it may be they have always accommodated. Whatever the arrangement whether one flower or many, the way it is put together has always been right on!

Whatever your reason your reason for giving flowers give the folks at Charlotte's a shot at your business.

I recently payed $90 for a "premium arrangement,and still ended up looking cheap in front of my girlfriend. Most of the flowers were already half-dead, and upon closer inspection, we saw that several of the flowers had been spray painted! It looked tacky and cheap, and did not help to put her in a "romantic mood", if you know what I mean...what a rip-off.

My husband & I currently live in different cities, and when he wanted to send me anniversary flowers he called Charlottes to send an arrangement to me. They completely disreguarded the order that day and didn't even put it through, so I never even recieved the flowers that my husband payed almost a $100 for. My hubby and I weren't able to spend this anniversary together, and this just added to my disappointment.

I decided to take a chance on this florist regardless of a couple of negative reviews and I am glad I did. The employees took great care of me and were patient with my indecisiveness. I placed my trust in their expertise and they produced an incredible arrangement.

I received an arrangement yesterday from my mom for my birthday, the flowers looked beat up and droopy. I called and the lady I talked to told me that they just hadn't opened up and they were brand new flowers and they will open up and be beautiful tomorrow and last a week. I woke up this morning and half are dead. My mom picked this place because of the good rating on this site. Don't be fooled. I also received an arrangement yesterday from FTD and it was drop dead gorgeous, I have used them in the past and never had a problem. With Valentines day coming up I would go with what you know better to be safe than sorry!

****************UPDATE: I called the store for a second time and and talked to a gentleman who said he could send me something similar but that's just how those flowers were. I felt insulted like I didn't know what dead flowers looked like. After seeing my review I got a call from Charlotte she said she would send me something and was worried about the review. When I got the new arrangement it was beautiful. A complete 180 from the first ones. Beautiful arrangements can come from there just wish they had made such an effort the first time around. Wish I could upload pictures so you could see the difference.

I received flowers today from my wonderful boyfriend and I feel completely disappointed in how the arrangement looks, mostly cause I feel he got ripped off. It looks NOTHING like the picture on their website. The flowers are the same flowers promised, it just looks about a third of the size it was supposed to be and most of that is greenery and filler. I kind of feel he could have gotten a nice arrangement from a local grocery store for a lot less than he paid. I would not recommend this florist to friends. It was very disappointing for him to have spent the time and money in trying to send me flowers and to then see what was delivered.

I chose Charlotte's because they were one of the few places in town willing to do silk flower arrangements - a necessity for my planned cruise ship wedding. When Hurricane Ike made moving my wedding here mandatory (2 months before my date!) I was excited to be able to use fresh flowers instead - and even more excited that Fred still had my date open. Fred Galvan was amazing. He was patient and listened to my unusual demands...simple, casual and elegant with naturally occurring blues and greens - nothing dyed and hints of pink and purple in my bridal bouquet only, and touches of starfish. HE completely understood what I wanted. And wow did he deliver! My flowers were breathtaking - I actually cried when I saw how beautiful they were, and exactly what I wanted! Everyone at the wedding commented on how gorgeous and unique my arrangements were. And I can't forget the cake topper! I provided him with a picture of one I liked and he improved upon it. It was the perfect finishing touch for our cake. I wish I could include pictures in this review!

I can't say enough about Fred and the staff at Charlotte's Fiesta Flowers. They helped to make my wedding the most beautiful day of my life.

I received a bouquet from my fiance today. He had been using Kabloom, but since they went out of business, he decided to give Charlotte's a try. Of course I'm thrilled that he sent flowers, but I'll suggest to him not to use them again. The bouquet I received today was almost entirely composed of greenery or filler and several of the blooms were crushed, I'd imagine from delivery. Flowers are always a lovely gift, but this experience left a sour taste.

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone who I have sent flowers to through this company has loved the arrangements. The staff has a great eye for design that shines through into the arrangements. The shop is bright and festive, and has a good vibe to it. I have always had wonderful service. I also enjoy that they have a website, so I can see if there is anything in particular I would like to send or just let the florist use their creative juices. I would recommend Charlottes Flowers to anyone that is wanting a great arrangement.

My husband bought flowers from them twice now and I thought the first one was just a fluke. I have been DISAPPOINTED twice with what they delivered. My husband paid $150 for "premium" orchids and although it was nice, it certainly isn't worth $150! I can buy the plant at HEB for $30. Save your money and don't waste time with Charlottes. Blech.

I'd like to say "highly recommended," but I did not actually see the flowers. I called Charlotte's Fiesta Flowers and ordered an arrangement for a dear friend's funeral service. I told them that I remembered this friend as a bright, energetic, unique woman and would very much like the flowers to reflect this. I did not want white lilies and white carnations in a basket. As I said, I did not actually see the flowers as I was not able to attend the service. But, the woman that took my telephone order at Charlotte's was polite and efficient to deal with, and I had a family member and a friend call me the next day to tell me that the flowers were quite possibly the loveliest at the service... eye catching, bright and unusual.

The flowers that I had sent to the funeral home for the passing of a friend were absolutely beautiful. Befor I even entered the door a lady walked up to me and said, did you see the flowers that you sent yet? They are the most beautiful flowers that I have every seen. I had 6 or 7 other people tell me how beautiful they were before seeing them myself. When I saw them, they were breathe taking. I will definetly use them again.

My daughter lives in Austin and we wanted to surprise her with flowers for her birthday. We found Charlotte's online and were able to choose from a variety of arrangements. It was kind of cool to pick and choose online just like we were at the shop. Ordering was easy and my daughter received the flowers and said that they were very nice. When our daughter was born, we did receive flowers from few florist in town, including this one. After reading the reviews for charlotte fiesta we came to the conclusion that they must place the good ones ( the reviews) them self. The arrangement was a grocery store quality, good for a grocery store but far from a florist.
We have to side with the disappointed audience.

I have used Charlottes Fiesta Flowers for years whenever I have a special need for a florist. They always go above and beyond my needs. Their designs are beautiful and the customer service is top notch. I have called on several occasions needing something last minute and they always get it out the same day. I have sent arrangements to family, friends and neighbors and they always comment on how beautiful the arrangements are. If you need a florist Charlottes is the one to use!

I have used Charlotte's Fiesta Flowers for last couple of years and they have never let me down. I always see beautiful arrangements come from this flower shop. I have needed flowers for all occasions: birthdays, anniversaries, and celebrations, and they always impress me. I recommended Fiesta Flowers to my friend for her wedding and it turned out beautiful. The designers came up with things for the wedding that were unique and that i had never seen before. If you need flowers do not hesistate to count on Charlotte's Fiesta Flowers for something great! The people there are nice and it is a great, local Austin business.

My sister received flowers and a teddy bear from this florist when my niece was born . Later that week I saw the same teddy bear at the Dollar Store for ONE DOLLAR. Hesitantly, I asked her co-worker (who sent the flowers) what kind of service she expereinced. She was open and told me that the prices were higher than most other places, but someone on the job insisted on using them. We talked for awhile and it came out that she paid $12.95 for the bear!

I am so embarassed for the co-worker, my sister, and especially a service company that makes everyone look bad.

First, of all, I got subpar flowers. When I called to complain, they argued me down that they were fresh. Fresh flowers can still look like bad, and these did. The arrangement was not cohesive, as the flowers did not even "go" together. I've never had anyone argue with me, when I am looking at something "those flowers are yellow" when I (and my coworkers) can see they are clearly orange.

Charlotte's Flowers is great! They are friendly and have great customer service. My flowers and arrangements are always beautiful and on time. I had a slight problem one time with a homecoming corsage. They fixed it right away and with a smile. Their window displays are colorful and pleasing to the eye and the shop just smells so good. I highly recommend Charlotte's.

I had to do a search for florists in Austin because I needed a last minute gift for a relative and I ran out of time as usual! The generic 1800 websites I found would not let me place an order for same day delivery and a co-worker told me they are not anyway close to being a local business. That scared me away. Charlottes looked great, so I thought I'd give them a shot. i liked the fact that they are local and have a real store with real flowers. Not only did they gladly take my last minute order, but they gave me an upgrade (online couples rock!) and delivered it the day I ordered it! Same day delivery!! My Aunt loved it and I was saved!!! Next time I need flowers in Austin, I'll be callin Charlotte's for sure!

I read all these great reviews and thought that I had to check this place out. My overall experience was sub par. The service was mediocre (nothing spectacular as others noted). I felt like I was being looked down on because I didn't want to spend $100 on a bouquet of flowers. There were very few arrangements on display that I could look at. They mysteriously pulled flowers from the back. There weren't any flowers in my view that I could select from. The arrangement they put together for me was just ok. The flowers weren't particularly fresh (although they claimed all their flowers are fresh), the quantity was inconsistent with the cost, and the variety was limited.

I suggest going down the road to Austin Flower Co. You can see what they have and pick what you want, and you get more flowers for your money.

Are the reviews below for real? I am suspicious that their own staff wrote these reviews.

Charlotte's Flowers is simply without peer in terms of being friendly, prompt and professional. I am currently in Baghdad this year and have placed orders several times for Birthdays, Anniversary, Valentines and "just because" days. There have been times when I did not have a clue and left the order open for her suggestions. In addition, there have been several short fuse orders placed as well. In each case, Charlotte's has always surpassed expectations and delivered the most beautiful arrangements etc. In a world where we increasingly are getting less for our money - Charlotte's is a gem. All business could learn a thing or two from this phenomenal establishment - many thanks for something you do do well and with such care.

I sent my assistant flowers for Secretary's day (last minute as usual). I was so pleased when they arrived at our office. I saw lots of great things on their website but decided to leave it up to them to create something special. It was FABULOUS!! The colors were so vibrant and the flowers lasted several days. I asked for tulips, lilies and roses and they took my suggestions and came up with a masterpiece! My assistant had the best bouquet out of everyone in the office! Thanks Charlotte's!! Your website is now in my favorites and I can't wait to see what you can come up with for Mother's Day for me!!!!

I strongly recommend, Great sevice, great prices, and quick delivery. There is no better. I always go to charlotte's either when I forget an anniversary or even if you want to send someone flowers with balloons and chocolate's. Super friendly, extremely helpful with advice and they cater to every need. I have been ordering flowers from Charlottte's for the last year and they are simply the best. Charlotte and her staff cater to those of us that don't know an iris from a mum. I have ordered flowers from Charlotte on several occasions in the last year and she always finds a way to exceed my expectations. Not only does she and her staff create beautiful arrangements, but most importantly, my girlfriend always loves the flowers that I send, and that's all that really matters. Charlotte delivers every time....literally and figuratively. She's the Best!

I found out about Charlotte's Fiesta Flowers when I was at a friends wedding a couple of months ago. She had her wedding flowers done by their shop and I was blown away at the creativity and quality from everything from the bouquets to the centerpieces. My friend chose a tropical and exotic flowers. I have never seen such beautiful flowers ever!!! Man, it makes me want to get married all over again. About 3 weeks ago, my daughter had homecoming and I rushed into their shop late on a Saturday afternoon to get a corsage. She was in the her schools homecoming court so it had to be somthing special. The girls working that day were so nice and helpful (even though I was there 20 minutes before they closed). Anyway, her corsage turned out to be spectacular and I will always remember the great customer service I received. I can't say enough good things about Charlotte's Fiesta Flowers. They are the best florist in Austin!

After calling a few other places, I found Charlotte's. Suprisingly, I was greeted with a friendly voice. Long story short, they put together exactly what I wanted, at a price no one else I called could beat, and they made me feel like my order was important to them. To top it all off, there was a little problem with getting it delivered since there was no one at the apartment. One of the employees, Sandy, personally delivered my order after hours. AMAZING! The flowers were beautiful, and the service is the BEST I've found. I won't be going anywhere else for my flowers anymore.

I wanted to send my best friend some birthday flowers and had no idea where to start. I called around a few places and after being turned off by rude sales people and high prices, I settled on Charlotte's. They were so helpful and went way out of their way for me. It totally put me at ease. When my best friend called me after she recieved the flowers, I knew I made the right choice. She LOVED them!!! She metions them every time I talk to her! I'll be coming back for the next time I need to send flowers!! I wish somone would send me some too!! ;)

I want everyone to know that Charlottes Fiesta Flowers is the best florist in town!!!!
She provided the flowers for my wedding this past April. I worked with Charlotte and she made me feel at ease when it came to coming up with a design. She surpassed my expecations!! I showed her what I was looking for and her team came up with the most beautiful creations. Everyone at the wedding thought that I must have spent a fortune on the flowers (along with everything else!!) but I did not! Planning your own wedding is very challenging and Charlotte made the experience wonderful. I remember leaving her shop feeling like I was on cloud nine. Not only were the flowers beautiful, but her staff was very professional and pleasant!!! She is the one to go to when you are ready for some great service!!! Thanks Charlotte!!!

I recently had a panic moment when I realized that my sister's birthday was coming and her present would not be delivered in time. Flowers were just the ticket. I called Charlotte's Fiesta Flowers at random and was pleasantly surprised by the level of cheerful service I received. I was not at all sure about the UT Austin address, but she was actually able to help me determine where the flowers needed to be delivered on campus. She listened to my sister's favorite colors and overall attitude and selected an appropriate arrangement to be delivered within the hour. Thanks so much!
