This is an ok restaurant, but their food is a little bland. I was always use to Japanese food being tasty and well bland. The service was ok, but the seating was a little crowded and they didn't come to your table as often as they should to refil your drinks. They definately need to work on their wait staff and give tips and pointers.

Ratings_icons OK but not great

shadde

I came here after reading all the great reviews, but I found this place only average. The lunch specials are fairly priced, but the food was a bit bland and it took them quite awhile to bring it out. The California rolls that came with it was not made properly and literally fell apart when I tried to pick it up. I order a couple of their sushi -- hamachi and shrimp, and they looked as if a child made them. For a fairly new restaurant, the place especially the tables felt "sticky" as if they were not well cleaned. All in all, I don't think I will be back.

Pros: conveniently located

Cons: slow service, tables not clean, sushi and rolls sloppy

This is a gem of a restaurant with a humble ego. The food is fresh and inviting and the chefs and staff are always eager to reccomend something tasety and new! If you love sushi you will for sure not want to pass this place up!

A perfect spot for those casual evenings. Friendly staff and fresh food. Very fair prices as well. Great for those who are actually seeking sushi and not a hip atmosphere.

Pros: Fresh sushi, quiet

Ratings_icons It's good

Go see Karen, she will take care of you. This is the best value for your money. Lunch is like fast food but with sushi, its quick, cheap, and really good. Dinner is great, the sushi is fresh and you get a big bang for your buck. If you want trendy, try the others. But if you are serious about your sushi and don't need the flash, then this is the place.

Ratings_icons BEST PLACE EVER

deivod

One of my friends took me there, since then I come back for special occasions, not so special and to indulge my self delicious! If you like soy sauce with lemon flavor you can ask for a ponzu sauce and it would enhance the flavor of your sushidont go any where else. There are always tables available and the service is great all the time.

Pros: good parking, inexpensive, great food

Cons: none

Ratings_icons Friendliest Place in Town

bliz

When it comes to Food and Service you can't go wrong at Kobe. They are the friendliest Sushi Chefs and waitstaff that I have ever met. They go out of their way to make you feel at home, whether you're a regular or someone from out of town, they treat you just the same. If you go with a smile on your face you will get many in return. Another thing, step out from that regualr old boring California Roll and try the Salmon Special, with or without jalepenos or Jimmy's Summer Roll with crab rolled in cucumber. The specials are too numerous to mention, but the folks at Kobe will be glad to asssist you.

Pros: Friendly, Eclectic Sushi
