Dickinson Independent School District

Dickinson High School has an excellent band program. The head band director is Wade McDonald. His assistant is Roman Jakubus. Other directors are John Hinajosa, Robert Baker, and John Gosset. Mr. McDonald has been in Dickinson for twenty-seven years and has really impacted his students lives. The band has many challenges throughout the year and as a whole must work very hard to become a team.

My daughter will start at this school in the fall. This is a beautiful, very large school which caters to 9th thru 12th grade. The grounds are impressive with large tennis courts in the foliage. Being educated here will be a pleasure for my daughter. The teachers are very good and I have faith that I won't be disappointed.
