Willian Northington stopped by in response to my call for help with a flooded water softener. He showed up on time and showed me what the real problem was with the softener. No hard sell, just the facts. He gave me an estimate on replacement. Very professional and answered all my questions. No charge for this visit. I'll be sure to go back to Mr Plummer for future service!! Thanks.

I called Mr. Plumber at 9 A.M. this morning with a leak on my water heater,Troy, and Gregg arrived at 10. They had my leak fixed by 10:30. Outstanding service, very courteous, and prompt. Excellent all the way around. The only reason I did not rate at 5 stars was they are a little expensive. I will pay the extra money for the service.

We were watching the news and saw Mr. Plumber so we called because we had no water. Within two hours, we had water. Thanks for the prompt service. We heard that Mr. Plumber was the best in town and after using them, we have to agree. They were great to work with! We will be passing on your great service to friends and family!

On Wednesday, 2-2-2011, my wife arrived home to find that the water pipes had frozen. Her first call was to me and my response was to call Mr. Plumber. They made it to the house within an hour and had the situation resolved in 30 minutes. Thanks so much to Troy for his quick response and superior service.

Mr. Plumber came on a Sunday morning, worked until 2:00 PM, corrected major leak at water meter, replaced water conditioner pressure regulator, replumbed the meter itself and left with everything in top running condition. I wouldn't have liked to pay for the leaked water if it hadn't been stopped.

Thank you so much for the gifts, new toilets, water heater and all other repairs and services I received. They are completely professional and very clean while the work was being done. Mr. Plumber is now a part of our family! We have had Troy in our home for many years. He and Greg were in our home just yesterday. They were efficient as usual. Nov. 8, 2010. Had water leaking out of top of unit night before. Alarming! Didn't know squat about water heaters. A relief to find your business and emergency service number on the web. Answering service kind and helpful. Spoke with Troy who sent Brian early the next morning. VERY thorough and CLEAN work; VERY patient with my 100 questions and constant "supervision"; VERY pleasant attitude. Appreciated his thoughtfulness in wearing foot booties in the house. I will definitely ask for Brian should I need his services in the future. Troy, please give him a raise to keep him happy!

First time had to call a plummer and it was for a big project. Did the ubiquodous search for a plummer and behold Mr. Plummer. Read a few paragraphs on how they handle there business which appealed to me. I called for service or at least to make an appointment the same day. I was told that I would get a call to make an appointment. Well thank goodness I did have a plan B. I was very pissed to not get a call. Thanks Mr. Plummer for not wanting my business!!!

Thank you to Mr. Plumber. Troy and his associate came out and replaced two toliets and made several other repairs. I was very happy with the professional and timely service. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone.

Troy and Greg showed up exactly when they said they would, did a great job of identifying the problem and fixing it with a minimum of mess and with no visible damage to any surface, even though the leak was in a place that was hard to reach. They were polite and respectful, and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was done perfectly. I would definitely use them anytime I had any plumbing problems.

I want to commend Mr. Plumber for their professionalism and work. Troy and his apprentice came to my home and left me so pleased with their knowledge and excellent manners. I was completely taken aback by Troy's immediate assesment and repair. He was also very patient with my questions.
I will certainly continue to call Mr. Plumber as now as before I have never had a complaint.

Troy Mauldin did a thorough job at assessing the problem we had with our water heater. His 2 colleagues, William and Greg came by within a few hours and completed the job. All 3 were very professional in their job. It is obvious they take pride in what they do. The quotes were very straightforward and I did not feel pressured. I would definitely recommend Mr Plumber for anyone with plumbing/ sprinkler needs.

I needed a TMP valve replaced on my water heater and the tech said it would cost 305 dollars to do it. I found out you can get one at Lowes for $14. He also said he would replace my 40 gallon electric water heater for $1300 and replace the existing water pressure regulator for $850. The prices Ive found since then on water heater installation which includes disposing of the old one ranges from $750 to $900. (Lowes, Well Fix it, Buyer Boys) and less than 200 for the water pressure regulator, which is only $46 to $55 at any local hardware store. They will try to take advantage of you anyway they can. I was very unsatisfied with their service and their professionalism.

We have used Mr. Plumber for years. In a previous home we had a number of Sherle Wagner faucets. One of them developed a leak. I had several other plumbing companies come out and no one could fix the faucet. I even stopped by the Sherle Wagner showroom when I was in New York. They told me that I should buy a new faucet. I finally had Mr. Plumber come to the house and they were able to repair the faucet for a tenth of what it would have cost to replace. Last spring I had Mr. Plumber come out to work on my sprinkler system. Thank goodness I did. Watering only one day per week in the summer heat is hard on grass and shrubs. Thanks to Mr. Plumber, my lawn got through the summer in great shape.

It would be an Honor to write a review about Mr. Plumber Plumbing Co. On August.22 of this year.I called the office at Mr. Plumber & spoke to Mary ,she was very polite and kind to the question's I had ref. to a Water Softener.She then directed my to a Techican name Troy Mauldin and he came by our home to explained what to except if we decide to have a W/S installed.Well I waited to send in my review and my family & I would like to thank you for kindness and to let you know were very happy with our W/S.Thanks Mr. Plumber !

I had service done by Mr. Plumber Plumbing Co. a few day's ago and had Troy come to my parents home..He explain to my Elderly Parent's about their Grab Bar's that he was installing for them -in their shower tub.He explained to them how their to be use and how to prevent accidents.Troy , thank you for all you cleanness and friendless and all your help.Thank you ,Mr. Plumber Co.

Fast response. Purchased a water heater from Brian who was very knowledgeable and educated me as well. They were reasonably priced and I would recommend them to others.
