I took in my 2007 RAM truck for service and they took the time to look my vehicle over and let me know what was needed. I am glad they care about my vehicle and teach me about things that will extend the life of my truck. The new team at the relocated store on the southside is great and I highly recommend. Thanks JR

I was hesitant about taking my 2007 Pacifica in for service to Lone Star after reading the other reviews on this page, but I believe in second chances...so I did. Terry T. at the service counter was well trained and very knowledgeable about the whole process and she even made me feel confident about leaving my vehicle in their care. The service was fantastic and the problem was fixed. Terry and the team at Lone Star have earned a five star rating as far as I am concerned. Thank you Terry for making the whole scary experience of being without my vehicle bearable.

I contacted Lone Star's service section by telephone to determine if they would honor a 12 month/12K mile parts/labor warranty for a window regulator unit that was installed by another Jeep dealership. I was referred to the parts manager, who said that Lone Star would honor the warranty if I still had my invoice for the initial regulator unit installation.

Upon arrival at Lone Star, the service rep told me that Lone Star wouldn't honor the warranty because the work was done at another dealership, but that the service manager might be able to "work a deal" for me. I promptly left, and had the work done elsewhere. I wouldn't have even taken my vehicle to Lone Star if they had told me up front that they wouldn't honor the warranty.

Overall, LoneStar has the feel of a "low budget, low rent" dealership. I would not consider buying a car or having one serviced by them.

I took my vehicle in for repairs after a car accident. My car was there for a whole month. During that month they never called me to give me an update or to get approvals from me. They began working on my car without my O.K. to do so. My car was suppose to be there for 17 days but they kept extending the time. I called for information I usually got the machine. When I did get TOM on the phone he would cut me short and tell me he would call me back and never did. When I brought it to his attention he didn't even apologize.My insurance could not get contact with them either. They took over thirty days and I had to start paying for my rental car. This is the worst costumer service ever and I'm paying them thousands of dollars. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

i too went to lone star on broadway, purchased a vehicle, was dissatisfied and tried to return the car a few days later. the sales manager Tony told me that it was too late to turn in the vehicle, yet he said that he needed to get a copy of my paycheck stub because he was having problems with the financial institution who was helping us finance. i feel that he lured us into making us keep the vehicle for his convenience. it's been about a week now and still have been given the runaround by him. tried to contact and speak with the general manager brett broadus, but he has not answered any of my calls!!! i am extremely disappointed at their customer service. i would not recommend it to anyone!

Never again will I deal with Lone Star Chrysler Jeep due to my experience when trying to purchase a vehicle nor will I recommend anyone to that dealership. I was dissatified and tried to return the vehicle the next day and I was told to take the car back! After futher thought I went ahead and took the car back to the dealership and the Sales Manager, Jason sent the Sales Person to bring the Car to my home and park it there. I called them back and told them I was putting the keys in the car, because I am not responsible if someone steals it. I even put a Complaint to the Chrysler
Corp., to look into this matter. I feel this is very bad business for the Chrysler Family. I hope no one goes through the same experince I am dealing with.

I've never had such great service at a car dealership before. The salesman are very attentive and help you get exactly what you want for the right price. I will definitely purchase my next car here again!
