It is a great way to spend a family day out. It gives quite a bit of entertainment for kids and parents. It is very much worth the money because kids can play there forever!
The food could be better tasting and have better variety.. that is the only not so good thing about it.

We enjoy taking our children to this establishment and it's the only place in town like it. The staff is friendly and there is always hot pizza out on the buffet. We had our son's birthday party here as well. They do an excellent job!

Austin Park owner/s, if you wish to stay in business with repeat customers please clean house with a new management staff and employees. Also, you need a better phone system for inquiries, the message person voice is not friendly. In addition, please read all the complaints about your business and take to heart these concerns, if you do not address it you will be as those businesses that went out of business. Your intensions is good by hiring teenagers but, without proper supervision teenagers can ruin a business... they play; they are unconcerned about helping; they don't care how food is prepared and they are not vested in the business. Hire a consultant firm to do inservice meeting to address issues that concern the business and guest. Austin need a business such as yours but, they don't need a money pit for guest. Close your doors for two days and fix the problems with non-working equipment and unsanitary restrooms, floors and kitchen/food areas. If Marvin Zindler was living he would have you in his report with "Slime in the Ice Machine".

Went on a Monday which is 50% military discount day. We had to get drinks to get a discount and they only discounted the weekend rate of 21.95 not the Monday rate of 13.95. Some thanks for our heros huh. In the end we saved 1.13 per admission for the 3 of us off the regular admission. The food was horrible. It wasn't even busy and in an hour we rode the go carts twice. The kiddie park is a joke. Really take your family elsewhere especially if your military or support the military.

This place is so dirty, broken down and should be condemned. Why the city food inspector doesnt shut the place down is unknown.....perhaps bribes are easy in pflugerville, or maybe this place is out in the county and no one inspects it. Most if not all of the :free games, rides, etc are broken...if the kids running the place had not emptied his guts on my shoes I would have probably stayed longer to my dismay....by the way, you cant give it no rating, so I gave it five stars to get my rating to the top

Went with my girlfriend for the first time on a Friday night because we had a buy one package get on free. Unlimited everything. Went to the race car video games and every one I tried was broken. On one, the steering wheel was barely attached. The minature golf was the only thing I liked, but there were no score cards anywhere. They ran out.
Next, went to try the batting cages. There were three out of TEN cages being used, but there were no bats available? The pizza was worse than middle school cafeteria pizza.
Basically, I will never go here again. Fortunately, with my coupon from The Statesman, I didnt end up wasting too much money.

DO NOT do the BATTING CAGES if it has rained in the last 24 hours... The baseballs slip out back to back and totally go outside of the strike zone and NAIL you!! Maybe this is common knowledge, but I didn't know...

Everyone including management new about this and did not tell any of us... In fact there was a staff member there who told me that the reason this happened was because the baseballs were wet and it had been happening all night... I would think that he would have told me this when I was talking to him before I went in... like while he was unclogging the jammed token out of the batting machine's token collector.

I'm also glad that I told my son not to walk in front of the go carts while kids were parking it (even though other kids people were ) because a go kart driver ran into the back go cart which caused a chain reaction that would have caused the go kart in front to nail my son if I wouldn't have held him back.

Laser tag--- a lot of the vests weren't working, and a couple of us had to settle for vests that didn't buckle and hold them on while we were running around and playing... Oh! No running? That's a hard one to enforce... Just make sure the kids are ready to get run over... if they are, it's lots of fun.

Someone mentioned the missing and lose pieces in the climbing wall... It's true... I don't think the staff or management cares too much, and it just makes it that more challenging right?

I think the kids that work there are really nice... Pros at Texting on their phones and have good intentions... I'm guessing not much is asked from them as they all looked extremely bored and know about anything that is outside of their immediate task.

Don't expect anything from management except blank stares... I think they must have a great insurance policy, as they're not at all concerned with limiting their liability... I guess it's a business decision...

The games were either broken or a line to play, go carts slow and a 1 hour wait, laser tag, 1 hour wait, golf again had to wait. The food area had so many dirty kids with there hands all over EVERYTHING. Boy do I feel stupid spending this kind of money.

Our experience was great for my older children that can drive the cars and bumper boats. Paying for my 3,4 and 5 yr. olds was a waste of $45 since they can't ride much and playing golf is too structured for a smaller child. Paying for myself was a waste as well since my kids were too small, I couldn't take them on anything. No one lets you know these things prior to purchase. The pizza is bare and not that great, video games that are free are always broken. We will be going out for our 5th visit regardless,,,my older children love the laser tag and the cars, plus they'll eat anything. If they like it, I love it.

I am VERY generously giving Austin's Park and Pizza a 2 out of 5. The food was absolutely atrocious; the pizza was flavorless and I didn't even touch the repulsive salad and pudding bar. I tried four different games in the arcade, one of which ate my token, and another that broke down in the middle. I tried both rock wall and couldn't complete any of them between too many of the rocks were loose. I didn't do the bumper boats because the line was too long; they only used a third of the available boats. Fortunately, I had a fun time on the golf course. However, it was so crowded, I ended waiting a long time for each hole. Also, my golf club's head was a little loose. Even better than than the golf, were the go-carts. Still, the line was extremely long (at least an hour) and my go-cart didn't go full speed. I tried the teacups with my younger cousin, and ours didn't spin. I didn't do the laser tag so I can't say anything about it.

Overall, I just didn't have a good time. Literally everything I did was either broken or malfunctioning and required a rediculous wait. However, the golf and go-carts saved the score from being a 1 and only barely. If I could, I'd really give it a 1.5. I got in free because I was attending special event and I would have been pretty even more dissapointed if I had to pay. Simply put, don't go, but if you do, stick only to the golf and go-carts.

I went to Austin's Park with my family last weekend and it was the most fun we had in a long time. There was something for everyone, even my husband enjoyed it. My husband and my son had a blast on the go karts, and the best part was they could ride as many times as they wanted, we didn't have to pay extra or buy any other packages we paid one price and had access to everything. I personally loved the laser tag, and arcade games, they even had the old pac man that I used to play when i was a kid, boy did that bring back some memories. All and all I have to say that this place was a great value, my family and i will deffinately be back.

Great time! My wife had her company picnic at the park last week, I must say I did not want to go at first but I had a great time. I had no idea there were so many activities for adults and kids, it was fun acting like a kid again. The go carts and laser tag are great and you can ride as many times as you want. The food was included in the package and the beer is ice cold. I wish there was one located in South Austin, this is the best deal in town.

This place is for the birds, It has lost it's hospitatlity on so many levels.
1st. off my son takes off with his cousin to ride the race cars outside & they wait for 30 min. in the hot sun for their turn. They finally get to the entrance and the employee lets my nephew go but not my son. Apparently my son is inches from being able to drive. Well isn't that just lovely, you think you could have told us that when we got here? The cashier we bought the wristbands from said he's tall enough but now he's not. Which one is it?
So they have a little train outside thats great for toddlers to ride but, oh yeah, it's always broken or there is noone to man it.
You pay an arm and a leg for the wristband to get in(thats with coupons!) and most of the games that are included are broken or there is a wait to play them. Oh yeah, the entrance fee includes a buffet but not a drink, thats extra. Also, the good games that the kids are going to want to play are extra too, so you will need to buy tokens for those. At the end of the day when the kids count all their tickets and turn them in for prizes, they offer the worst cheapy toys in the world. You play $60 worth of tokens for a 99cent made in china plastic toy. After all that money they are sucking out of you you would figure they would offer better prizes.
Family nights should be a great experience, we all should have fun! But when you come home after you have spent $200 and the kids are let down cause they didn't get to do the games and rides they wanted to do & all of them are bummed cause the cheapy toys (you paid $60 worth of tokens on) broke on the way home, you have to ask, is this worth it? NO!
In a nutshell, I would avoid this place, it's not worth your hard earned money and precious family time!!

I've lived in Austin for 20 yrs. & I've never had a really bad experience, Until I went to Austin Park & Pizza.
2 wks ago my sister had a birthday party for her son. The kids go off on their arcade adventure, their wristband entitles them to the arcade games. So I took my 3 yr old son to the little kids area and guess what, the free games are all down& the only ones that work are the ones you have to buy tokens for. So I'm waiting for the manager cause he's on his cell phone. 7 min. later I find another manager who sees me 1st cause I have this irritated look on my face. They fix 1 so I ended up buying tokens cause my son got bored with the same game. Why did I buy a $20 wristband?
So my 8 yr. old son goes to play the bumper boat & comes back 45 min. later to tell me that 3 teenage employees working the bumper boats were cussing and being mean. GREAT! So my sister gets the manager to tell him what happened. He apologizes and says he will take care of it. I guess he meant next week cause he didn't do anything about it while we were there.
We sit down in the huge dining area&we are there for almost an hour when a waitress comes up to us & tells us we HAVE to move because it is reserved for a party. There was no reserved sign & no one came up to us before we sat to tell us that it's reserved. So we had to pack up and find a new spot. At this point I'm just irritated and the kids are bummed out. So the manager comes up to us to apologize for any inconvenience and offers us some fresh pizza. Pizza? It's a damn buffet? No thanks, we have had more than enough of Austin Park and Pizza. I'm insulted that you even put Austin in your title.
I don't recommend this place, we went on a thursday and this happened, I can't imagine the weekend.
You are better off buying $2 kites, packing a picnic and relaxing at the park.
On your way home, stop off and rent a game and get on the floor and play with your kids. You all will be happy and you managed to save $200+ doing it :)

Cons: Teenage employees with a potty mouth, broken arcade games, EXPENSIVE!

    .

went to the park with my family of four. we paid less than the cost of a movie and had 6 hours of food and fun. Rides and games are bet in town. No one can touch the vaule. Under 20 dollars per person for for and unlimited everythins

We went with some friends and their kids this Saturday and had a blast! The place is huge and there were plenty of things to keep everyone busy all day. They even had a huge projection TV so the Dad's could watch the UT game while we rode rides with the kids. I thought the price was very fair especially since you pay one flat price and can stay for hours. The buffet is even included and the food was great. Lots to choose from and everything i tried was good. I can't think of a better place to spend a Saturday that can keep my kids entertained that long. They are already trying to talk me into going back!

We have been there 3 times, the last being for my 6 year old's birthday party. It is a great family outing. Our 6 & 3 yr old children both love it. The pizza/salad is just ok & we did not like that your drink is not included in the fee. However, the outdoor activities were great. The racecars, bumper boats & miniature golf were our favorites. If your child is less than 40 inches, they are very limited on what they can do outside (but they are free) & still have fun. You can stay as long as you want, which helps make up for the pricey cost. Anyway, it is quite fun & worth trying out. There is something there for everyone to enjoy.

great place to take the little people...really big..offers lots of entertainment from laser tag and bumper cars to mini golf and a plethora of indoor video games. food was great (pizza), but didn't like the fact that drinks are not included in the price and are separate. But would definitely recommend to others.

Pizza buffet ok, lacking on salad and desert was almost non existant. Had a hard time getting anyone to help with anything. A bit slow on keeping up the pizza, though the pizza was good.

Forget Dave & Busters were you can drop $80 quick; come here and get on everything from mini golf, lazer tag, rock climbing, go carts, bumper boats, video games, pool, and pizza for a childish few hours of fun for only $25. Have a few beers and still walk out at about $35. Lots of fun. Take a few hours one day and have a blast.

The dads and boys love the race track and will spend all day (and night) on it. The moms enjoy the range of younger kid entertainment and the space as it's not all cramped together. It's not as noisy as other establishments we've been to which is GREAT and there is also plenty of seating room. We've had so much fun here several times and still haven't tried everything because we enjoy the things we have tried so much. We've yet to use the batting cages but they do look fun! The water ride is perfect for a hot day. We mini golfed last November with icicles in the pond and still had a blast! We've had several birthday parties here and try to make it at least once with all the grandkids any time my parents come out to visit.

I was trying to find something for us to do last night and the bowling alley was to crowded. So I happened to think about Austin's Park. My date was up for it so we checked it out. We got there at 8 o'clock and for only the $10 bucks a person the twilight special we had a blast! Unlimited putt putt golf, batting cages, rockwall, and go carts I didn't want to leave, but she had to be at work early and I have a little bit of a drive home. I will defanitly go back again and again.

Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. The management is uncaring and unwilling to provide customer service and the food is horrible. Just skip it. We had a bad experience and will not go back!

We have been here several time and our kids always have a lot of fun. There is a pizza buffet if you are hungry and also a snack bar that sells drinks and snacks. The main indoor area is a large arcade with all the typical video games and also a rock climbin area. Outside is a batting cage miniature golf course, go cart racing and bumper boats.

This is a huge place kids and adults will enjoy. They offer all you can eat pizza, putt putt golf, bumper boats, batting cages and a lot more. Be prepared to spend the entire day there. They have special pricing on packages if you want to participate in all the activities or you can buy them separately.

This play place has many activities for yound and old alike. My husband and I love the miniture golf and racing cars and my cousins and kids love to play laser tag. The price is a little steep if you pay per item but if you buy a package or go on Tuesdays it is much cheaper. I do not reccomend the buffet though. The pizza is horrible and the kitchen area is always very dirty.

The kids buffett is worth every penny if you plan to be there for a while. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilties were A-1 clean. There was a lot of confusion with my newphew's birthday room -hopefully that doesn't happen too often. A Nice Family place. Fair Priced.

Austin Park and Pizza is an excellent place to spend the day with your children. Although it is very expensive for a day pass, they sometimes run specials, and it is cheaper than paying for each activity separately. Everyone will find something they enjoy - putt putt, bumper boats, arcade, laser tag, go carts, batting cages, etc. The business has done a very good job of keeping the place neat and clean looking despite the numbers of customers they have every day.

Not only is this park overpriced it is too crowded and the staff there are not very helpful. My neighbor did security there and quit because of the trouble that they are having with some groups just loitering and hanging out. This is something they really need to get under control as many people I have talked to including myself do not feel safe going there. The party package is more expensive than other places around too. Most of the everyday attractions are outrageously expensive. It is usually crowded so I guess people do not mind paying such high prices.

PROS: Looks nice from the highway
    CONS: Overpriced, loitering, crowded

Austin's Park and Pizza is a great place to go with kids who need to burn off some energy, but be ready to burn some cash. The place is crazy on the weekends, and right after school. I do like that they have a little kids area, with small rides for the kids who can't ride the bigger rides yet. The games are expensive, and the food is not worth the price. The wristband policy is very bad too.

This park is probably the best putt putt golf Austin has to offer. Also their go-carts are lots of fun too. The pizza isn't that great, but when you work up an appetite while playing laser tag or doing your best in the batting cages, it seems to make it taste better.

This would be a great place for a day of family fun if it just wasn't so crowded. They have go carts and arcade games but you often have to wait quite awhile to get a turn. The pizza was ok it definatly was not the best I have had. If you can go on a day when it isn't crowded then you will have a great time.

The park itself is great and has plenty of attractions to choose from. There is an arcade, pool tables, air hockey, and redemption games inside; outside you can find a driving range, bumper boats, mini golf, batting cages, and more. On the negative side, the food is nothing special and the prices are on the high side. Even the flat-rate all-you-can play prices are still higher than I would like.

We went to Austin's Park and Pizza to see what new amusement park Austin had. I bought tickets for miniature golf, and we played one game. The tickets were overpriced, and the music playing by the golf course was way too loud and distracting. Also, we wanted to play a few video games, but were told that both of us would have to buy an $18 arm band to even be able to pay to play games...Umm-No way!

If you have a house full of people you need to entertain, this is where you need to go. You won't regret it and everyone will have a blast. It does tend to get crowded at times, but all places that are great usually are.
