Alpine Roofing Construction

We recently had our roof replaced by ARC this summer. They did and excellent job. The roofers came out early on a Saturday and worked the entire day until the job was completed. This was great to have it all done in one day and also done so well. The workers were some of the most dedicated working individuals i have ever seen. I believe the temperture was in the 100's the day it was completed.
On top of the great work they are a very flexible and understanding company. We had a a little bit of a problem with our insurance company and the owner worked very well with us to straighten everything out.
It was overall a great experience and I would highly recommend them to others.

We had an extremely good experience with the service provided by ARC. We go a slate roof installed on our home, and I love it.

I hired Alpine Roofing Construction to replace my old, leaking roof on my house. They were efficient, thorough and cleaned up after themselves. My new roof looks great and performs just like it should! I should mention that I used them for their Radiant Barrier services too and can already feel my house being less hot as a result! Thanks for years to come! Yes, Jeff, you have my recommendation for any kind of roofing contracting, both residential or commercial!

Alpine put a metal roof on our home in Rockwall at the beginning of June, and we love it. The roof looks great, the people at Alpine were really easy to deal with. I highly recommend their services & for others to look into metal roofing!

ARC recently put a new roof on our home in Mesquite, and we are very happy with the finished product. Our project manager was Mark, and he was really easy to deal with...he helped us with the whole process & got us funds from our insurance to cover the cost. If you need roofing services in DFW go with Alpine for sure!

We have worked with Alpine Roofing Construction for several projects last year. They have been very responsive and accommodating. They were reasonable in price and professional in approach. Because of their vast expertise, we were able to use them for the entire roof construction and not just certain parts. Before, it would take several contractors to complete some of our projects. We were able to complete on schedule despite issues with some other firm. Alpine Roofing is one of the best commercial roofing in Dallas / Fort Worth area.

We used Alpine Roofing Construction for remodeling our new home. We had used two other contractors before we were referred ARC and they had left our home damaged and incomplete. Alpine Roofing stepped in and was very professional. They gave us an estimate in timely manner and completed the job correctly. We could not be happier with our new roof.

When our roof started leaking after some storms, we were not sure who to call. Our insurance adjuster came out to inspect the damage and sent us a check. My neighbor?s home had been damaged by the storm and they had used ARC. We called them for an estimate and they got started on it right away. We had our new roof without problems and even saved us some money. That was back in April and we've had no problems since then.

Do not waste your time or your money with this company. They do not honor their warranty and have been the most unresponsive company I have ever had to deal with. Their customer service is a zero and their owner is even worse. He is a tool. Absolutely do NOT use this company.

I have referred Alpine Roofing Construction to many of friends with homes as well as commercial buildings... Not one bad response over the years..

This company replaced my roof several years ago. They have allegedly patched the roof for leaks twice. The roof still leaks and there is water damage on the wall again. The company has not honored its warranty and obviously did shoddy work in the beginning. I do not recommend this company in any way.
