Mister Car Wash

This is a great place to go for a like new car wash. Manager is very customer service orientated, makes sure you leave with a clean car. Employees were very nice and professional. GREAT SERVICE

I'm a woman driver. I tried Mister Carwash @ 2237 Holcombe, Houston and paid $28.99 for original w/ everything & extra detailing on 7/15/06. I got my car with bird poop still all over! I pointed it out to the cleaner and he grudgingly wiped out the big spots which came off readily, but the work was still sloppy. Joe Pena, the manager,told me I had to pay $150 if I wanted to rid my car of all poop. I said I could do it myself, but I took my car to them, so they should do it. He and 3 of his male workers then surrounded me, invading my space. I felt threatened and quickly got into my car. I told him I was never coming back and he told me to leave and that he didn't need my business. I felt so scared they were going to attack me, so I just drove away.

PROS:
CONS: $28.99 does not include cleaning the bird poop off your car!

I always go here for oil changes because you get a free car wash, and the whole thing is still faster than pretty much any place else for just the oil change. Plus they keep all your records on file, which is convenient for those of us who are too disorganized to do it ourselves. You can get anything from basic wash and vacuum to upholstery laundering and detailing. Quick and reasonably priced, plus free popcorn.
