I called to set an appointment for my children and I was told that I would not be allowed to accompany my children into the area where they would be evealuated, treated, or any other place. I would be allowed in the waiting room, but no where else. My children, any children, 3 years of age and older must go ALONE to see the dentist or hygenist. I inquired as to why I would not be allowed to accompany my 3 year old, and I was told I was more than welcome to try and find a pediatric dentist that would allow me to stay with my child. I told them I had never heard of, or been to one that didn't allow parents to go with their children and I was told that I should go see those dentists. I was also told that their policy regarding cancelled appointments was that if you cancelled an appointment you would not be allowed to make another one, ever.

It is the most pleasant dentist office I have been to in my life. 2 locations 1 by UTA and the other on little road.

The dentist are patient and super friendly and they have the best toys. Also the best way of helping the little ones cope with their fears. For example my 6 year old will go and do her xrays and they will tell her that she did an awsome job, she can choose a toy center to go and play before the go back to dentist work. My daughter always chooses the doll house.

The dentist there are also so parent friendly, letting you know every step of the way what is going on and how to take care of needs.

I love this place. Truely 5 stars

My 3 children have gone to this practice for years and they really like them. That's saying something when your child likes going to the dentist. It's great as the parent, too. They escort the children back soon after we arrive and I get to sit out front. This prevents me from causing them anxiety and gives me a much appreciated break.
