If I could give a zero stars I would. This place is the worst company to still be in business their workers are rude, especially the guy that works the. After receiving a quote which was way to much I left and never return luckily I found a a company that came to me for free same day also offer a lifetime warranty on the workmanship and free mobile service.

The two gentlemen gave me a call and arrived promptly when they said they would. The price was exactly as quoted, and they worked in a quick but meticulous manner. I highly recommend them and will utilize their services in the future if the need arises. They offer a life-time warranty on their glass as well, so I feel reassured that the company offers both quality and value.

Great Job Guys! I have worked with Jordan, Southway and now Northside Ford as a fleet salesman over the last 12 years and have used these folks on many different occassions not only recommending them for my customers who I have sold new and used cars to but also for my personal cars and trucks. I have always called and gotten a price and true to their word they show up at the appointed time and have always done a great job for me and for the customers I have recommended to them. Never heard a complaint nor have I personally had a problem of any kind with the work or the price being different. In fact I have compared prices to several other major companies and have wondered if they have made a mistake in the price they have quoted me, a lot less. They are quick to offer receipt and help after instillation. Their installers have always been courteous and honest. Recommend them highly and will continue to use them in the future. Great job guys! I (a woman) received an estimate over the phone and scheduled the appointment. The price quoted was what they charged; they were prompt for the appointment; they did a good job; and they were courteous.

I called to get an estimate on a new windshield, not only was the price right they came out to my home that same day. The two guys that came were rather nice and did a amazing job in a short amount of time. I have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about. They were so nice from the time I called to the time they left. I am a female also but they didn't treat me poorly at all. I totally recommend them 100%!

PROS: Their customer service.
CONS: Nothing!!

I went here to get an estimate on fixing a crack in my windshield. They were not at all helpful. Seems they were all to busy talking to othere customers, men! and I guess because I was a woman I had no business being there? I would never go back here again for nothing.

PROS: Nothing at all good about this place!
CONS: Everything wrong!
