Discovered this restaurant by internet search. What a gem! Looked it up on Zagat's and the ratings were superb! You need a reservation especially if there is a convention in town. This restaurant has an open kitchen that busily but artfully prepares exquisite meals. The menu is extensive and is sure to please the most discriminating palate. Owner Valter is often greeting customers, not only the regulars but newcomers such as myself. The attention by everyone from the hostess to the wait staff to the bussers was exceptional! I was so pleased that I wanted to return the following night, and was personally escorted by Valter to the hostess to make the reservation! If you enjoy wine, Valter has his own selection brought in from Italy that is wonderful, not to mention other extensive selections.This establishment is well deserving of the high ratings and I would highly recommend it as a must for those visiting and/ or for those who are looking for an exceptional dining experience

The best Northern Italian restaurant I have been to in Salt Lake City bar none! Excellent authentic dishes and wonderful service. Wine list has a number of nicely priced offerings as well. A must go!
