We received a brochure touting 24-48 hour guaranteed. It seems that's not quite how it works. The first day it was supposed to be returned, the reason given was a mis-spelled name on an application which we thought was odd as our name was in several places.
The second day, we were told 2 o'clock. 2 comes and it's not there they tell us the next day for sure which means 72 hours. Feeling irritated as we had promised bill collector's, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, called back and then were told the loan had been declined and it would be two weeks! What the hell is that about? It takes three days to find out we are declined?
Of course now taking our business elsewhere is not an option unless we want to wait 30 days to re-file? Sounds a little fishy to me.

I have been getting my taxes one here for years and have always gotten great customer service and they are quick. I applied for the RAL so I received half my return the same day I filed and received the other half the next day! I will continue to get my taxes done here for years to come!!
