Aquatica is the best store for aquarium supplies in the greater Provo/Orem area. The staff is very helpful and the one's I've talked with are VERY knowledgeable.
The prices are actually quite reasonable, I'd say. I spent a whole day going to PetCo, Jay's Jungle PetsMart, Where's Nemo, and AnimalArk. The various stores all had certain items that were less expensive than their competitors, but Aquatica was generally the best priced (for similar quality items). Also, they add quite a bit of value over other stores from the informed advice they offer and other extras. For example, if you bring your own containers, they will give you free Reverse Osmosis (RO) water for you to use in your tank. I saw one guy fill up about 4 jugs of 5 gallons each.
The store is very clean, and all of the animals look like they are taken care of. That's more than I can say for other stores in the area, most of which feel cramped and dirty (I'm looking at you Jay).
I'm mostly interested in fresh water aquaria (I'm still a poor student). Their selection of fresh water animals/plants/supplies is much smaller than their marine selection. That not necessarily because their fresh water inventory is all that small, but their marine selection is absolutely astounding.
The plant selection was a little disappointing when I went, but one of the staff members told me that was because they just switched suppliers, and were waiting for the first shipment from them to come in.
You might not find everything you want there, but the variety and quality of their products are good and I'm planning on giving them the majority of my business as my aquarium develops.

This is a nice aquarium store that is owner operated. The employees are always willing to answer your questions.
They have a nice selection of fish and some really pretty corals.
However, they are a little bit more expensive than other aquarium stores and there is no livestock guarantee. They also don't sell frags.
PROS: Nice location, nice selection
CONS: No frags, expensive, no livestock guarantee
