We recently switched my wife from 24 hour to Curves. She really enjoys it. She was getting sick of the men at 24 gym - she always felt like meat.

Its very clean, and efficient. The machine are geared for the female in mind. They have a lot of work outs specifically built for
the women.

There is no where near the wait for machines as there was at 24 hour.

Well worth the money

PROS: Clean, no men, great machines, not very busy
CONS: Not as close to my home as 24

Curves is a great place for women who want to work out without feeling intimidated like it's possible to feel at other gyms. I no longer go there because I'm moving soon, but the employees at Curves are top notch, and so sweet. It's really just a place you can go and feel good about yourself...the other women are very helpful and encouraging. And you can't beat a 30 minute workout!!
