The manager (Amy) had the nerve to diagnose my child with a processing disorder. Who is she to diagnose my child, she has no degree or LEGAL RIGHT!
They said that after 3 write ups he would get kicked out they wrote him up once months ago, they did it again on Mon. , they claim the left a message on Wed, but when I picked up my children that day the staff ignored me. I didn't think too much of it, although I do think it was unprofessional of them to ignore me, and almost through my child at me. Fri after my husband dropped my children off they called him and left a NASTY msg, my husband called back and he was told that we had 1 wk left, then AMY decided that that day would be the last. With no real reason. I asked for the owners number and they refused to give it to me.
I think it is racial discrimination, on the part of AMY the manager, and the new employee Amber. Ever since Amy hear me speak spanish to my children she has been very unprofessional to my husband, and ever since Amber has been working there when I pick up m children they are both WET & Feces at times, and starving to the point that I have to pull over and give them their snacks that were in their pack.
Amy is a LIER, she said she would work with us and then changed her mind. She told m husband that they could not hold spots but if he would call that they would put my children on the list and we would have to pay from the time he called, twice after he talked to her she refused to accept m children, saying "I didn't know that's why you called." She also said that the new employee said that she could not watch the other children because she had to focus all of her attention on my son. When I asked Amber she denied saying that. If Amber can not handle a 2 yr old she should not be working there. Also, this week my husband dropped of my children and my son started to watch a show, that motivated him to spin (an another little girl was also spinning) AMBER told my son to stop but not the little girl.
This place is great as long as AMY and the new AMBER are not there, there is another employee named Amber and she is awesome (so if you go leave them with the thin Amber).

I have taken my kids here on a couple of occassions so my wife and I could have a night out and were unable to find a local babysitter. It was a clean facility with friendly staff and had play toys and equipment to play on. The only down fall is that they aren't open to late, so you have to plan your evening rather early. Also the price can be a little expensive if you are used to just using a local teenager to watch your kids. It is however a great last resort and the kids have a good time. Also they do offer a discount if you have more than one child there at the same time.
PROS: Great Babysitter for a Night Out
CONS: A Little Bit Expensive
