Rick Warner Body Shop

I was in an accident with my brand new Toyota Avalon and they did a great job. The insurance company wanted them to take some short cuts, but they made sure the repair was done correctly, and took them 1 week less than what they thought. Whoever wrote that bad review must have went somewhere else. Rick Warner Body Shop has great people and great service. I have it back for 8 months and it drives just like new.

Took one month for minor repairs. I was lied to multiple times as to when the car would be ready and why it wasn't already. As of 2/20/08 I still don't have the car!!! Price shopping after the fact yeilded they are not only the most unprofessional, they are also the most expensive. If youi have money and time to waste take your vehicle to these guys.

When my husband got a dent in the door of his Honda, he took it to Rick Warner to have it fixed. He got excellent service. A couple of years later noticed that the window was rattling and the paint was just starting to rust at the bottom of the door he had repainted. He took it back to Rick Warner and they fixed both, free of charge. On top of that, because the paint has worn on the rest of the car, we realized the newly painted door did not quite match in the sunlight. Rick Warner offered to remix/match it, again free of charge. All of this work would have cost a fortune somewhere else.
