San Sauce Chinese Cuisine

The food is amazing but I have to say the delivery service is beyond ridiculous. We ordered at 6:50 pm. We got an email saying our order was complete at 7:17pm. It didn't arrive until 8:12 pm and we live 15 minutes away.This was also on a Tuesday night. To keep my business you will need to improve this drastically.

I was excited to try Sampan at Jordan Landing after my coworker told me they had won best of Citysearch. Now I know why they won. TERRIFIC! Great food at reasonable prices. Nice work Edwin!

I have never had a problem on any of the many occasions that I've been to Sampan. The food is terrific, always brought the the table hot and they are so accomodating when it comes to making sure you food is just how you like it. i.e, less or more spicy, less oil, sauce on the side, no MSG, they even have a variety of foods that are gluten free. Its wonderful!
Not only is the food good, but the service is outstanding! Servers there are unbelievably nice and make you feel so comfortable during your meal.
Sampan has a wonderful atmosphere and I recommend it to everyone! Keep up the good work!!

I have nothing but nice things to say about this restaurant and the staff. We eat there almost once a week because of the fantastic food, superior service, and wonderful atmosphere. My boyfriend and I are regulars there. I guess the man knows how to keep this woman happy. We even have a favorite waiter who goes by the name of Buu (I think that is how it is spelled). His name is pronounced Boo. Good luck getting him as your waiter though. Everyone requests him. He makes each and every person that he serves feel like royalty. Actually all the staff are fantastic.
The atmosphere is so beautiful and relaxing for all to enjoy. Yes men, there is a tv for you to keep up on your game and make your gal happy by taking er to a nice place. But in my cause, I enjoy the tv too cause I am a sports buff. It does not give you that sports bar feeling though. The staff are so accomidating it is unreal. They can't do enough to make you feel right at home.
The food is wonderful and they staff is so willing to make sure you have it just the way you like it. They have on more than one occasion made sure it was just what we wanted our meal prepared. One of my favorites is their Pad Thai along with the Thai Tea. Yummy. The food is nice and fresh and perfectly seasonsed.
I will continue to frequent this restaurant for years to come if they promise to keep it just the was it is now.......everything!!!

Growing up we use to visit the Sampan on 2100 S. a lot and then we moved out to West Jordan. Thankfully there is one located in Jordan Landing and it's the same great food.

Forget lo mein, ask for the egg noodles. They are very thin and I love taking them home to eat later. They are awesome! Love the cream cheese wontons too. There are so many yummy dishes you can't go wrong. The restaurant is clean and we received great service. Thanks Steve!

I love Chinese food, and Sampan is my favorite. I especially love their lunch special. For a little over $6 you get an amazing amount of food. You start with a choice of soup or salad, then you get your entree with the choice of several sides and rice. Usually more than it's possible to eat.

Very fast service and the entrees are cooked fresh for each customer. They are very friendly and they remember me each time I go. Not only do they remember me, they remember my seating and food preferences and they even remember my occupation and ask how my job is. I feel very welcome there.

Great chinese restaurant, fast service and friendly people. Nice seating area and easy menu to read. They have a great selection of americanized chinese food.

Sampan Chinese is the worst I have ever had. I ordered a 1 person combo (combo A) and they estimated an hour delivery time. (I found this ridiculous, most Chinese places wait is less than half an hour.) The delivery was late, I did not get my food until exactly 2 1/2 hrs. I called the restaurant and the manager "guarenteed" that my food would be delivered in the next seven minutes. He was wrong. The delivery did not show up in seven minutes, not even close. The food showed up half an hour later. I was thoroughly dissapointed with the food. I ordered the ham fried rice, and to my knowledge ham is not supposed to be grey. Sampan is not only a rip-off it is also a horrible excuse for Chinese food.

Easy online ordering, delivery time consistent with website listing. Food was yummy. We always order the sesame chicken and my kids love it. No "mystery meat", always tastes good. Try the cream cheese wontons they are great...but of course you have to love the main ingredient of "cream cheese!". Will order online again!

both I and my girl friend got "F O O D P O I S O N I N G" after we went there
Also, the waitress brought wrong food and said to us "We ordered wrong!"
Finally manager checked the bill and gave us the food we ordered, but the food was cold....

When first walked in, felt like you are in a small PF Chang.Place was packed on this weekend evening.We started off with the pot stickers.Great appetizer! Pang Pang chicken was the best we have ever tasted. Service was great , the place is very nice,clean and tidy. my husband and I had a wonderful time.Oh, don't forget to try their SEAFOOD PAN FRIED NOODLE, very yummy.

Hot food cold. Everything tastes like rotten old shimp. We love chinese food, but left it on the table. The owner didn't seem to care that we hated his food. Of coarse that may be why the restarant is empty on fathers day.
