They did a beautiful job on detail work to my car. If you are looking for excellent detail work go here. The only complaint I had was that I asked them to only clean the inside of the car because it is January but they did both inside and out and charged me for it. However I would go back to them again

This morning, I have called two places to get my car fixed. My sister hit a stop sign on the back door and minor auto damages occured. I called the first place and they answered with a "hello," instead of name and title, they were very short- reminding me that they were headed out to lunch, and proceeded to tell me that they couldn't get me in for another week. I immediately decided that this was not the place to do business.
I then called Tooele Auto Body (via both the internet), and a woman answered. She was very polite, patient and even answered the phone professionally. She told me I could bring in my insurance estimate and they could go ahead and order my parts today. Since my car was still drivable, they encouraged me to keep my car for the weekend so that I could have trasportation and they would start the process Monday (NOT in a week). Thank you Tooele Auto Body, not only do you seem professional, you are also patient and polite which goes a long way in the business world. I just hope your work on my car will be just as superior, which I have faith it will be.

I recently had a couple of fender benders (not my fault) but anyway tooele auto and they were able to fix my vehicle in a reasonable about of time and match the paint perfect. You can't
even tell that I had an accident.

When our truck was hit by another truck, the insurance company came very close to totaling the truck. When they didn't we took the truck here. Because of the damage, the repair took about a month which felt like forever. The truck was beautiful when we got it back. It was such a relief because our truck was brand new and we had only owned it for six months when we were hit. They were very easy to work with and we owned the truck for four more years with no problems. Great end result.

We took our white Ford truck here after a run in with a tree a couple of winters ago. They did a good job with the repair and were pretty fast with their timeline. They worked well with the insurance and did everything we needed. We were happy with the service and would use them again.
