My Husband and I had our hair cut and styled at the Jcpenny Salon and ended up being disappointed. I should have known right away. As soon as I saw the stylist she looked like my grandmother. She was very sweet and professional. However no matter how I tried to explain the cut I wanted it was not working (she had never heard of the Jennifer Aniston cut and this was when FRIENDS was still on the air and her hair style was popular). My husband ended up with a old fashioned looking military style cut. She may have had years of experience but I don't think she continued with training. I think you would be fine using them if you can choose your stylist and make sure they can do the cut you want.

This JC Penny Company Incorparated did not please us. We had trouble finding sizes for my daughter or they were our of stock of the product we needed. There customer service, though, is excellent.
