Castro David Frank - Bear Care Pediatrics

I really like my kids doctors they are really nice people and I can take my kids in at any time they have openings all the time for when you need them the most. I don't have to wait for two days or longer to get my kids in. I can take them in the same day or even the next day. I totally recommend Bear Care for any othr kids.

I would recommend them. My kids really love their doctor and nurses. There was one time I wasn't specific with who I wanted to see, and we had to see a nurse practicitioner who was nice, but my daughter was terrified of him, so that wasn't the best, but it was more me not being specific as to what I wanted.

It seemed much cleaner the last time I was in as opposed to other visits, and I didn't have to wait very long. They have been very accomodating of getting my children's appointments scheduled together since I have to travel so far (45 minutes).

I would not recommend this facility due to every time my children had a appointment they would see a different Dr. The facility does not seem to be very organized and is somewhat messy. All they need to do is be a little more professional and treat the patients as they are important and not just a number...

The doctors at Bear Care are great. When you walk in it's a little messy and small. But they do good work and are very knowledegable. Glad I had the experience.

PROS: Can get an appointment almost anytime.
CONS: Billing agents are a little edgy.
