Each spring, when it is tilling time I don't even worry. I call up and set up a time to pick up the tiller. It is always ready when I get there. And it always works. The are great to work with making sure it is charged only for the time used. I have loved these guys since the first year I was in the valley and I use them every year.

We rented a boom lift from this company. We couldn't get the machine to work. Followed all safety procautions and still nothing. Finally we took it back to them and got a different one. Even though it took us 1/2 of our rental time trying to get the machine to start, they still charged us full price. Customer service here is not very good and the equipment seems to be in need of service.
