I will not go anywhere else to look for dresses for my granddaughter! They have great customer service! Dispite what the review below says, I always feel I am a priority when I am there. The girl that helped me was a doll. Their dresses are so sweet and reasonably priced. I am a Jolene customer for life! If you don't believe me go check them out for yourself. You wont be disappointed!

I have been shopping at JoLene for years now and love their little girl dresses in every size from newborn to pre-teen. The employees their are so helpful and friendly. Their exchange policy is a little strict but after talking to one of the employees she explained that people are dishonest and use the dresses one time for pictures and things and then want a refund so after hearing that I understand their policy a little better. I would highly recommend this place for girls dresses they have really cute stuff!!!!!!!!!!

My grandmother spent over $200 here on dresses for my daughter before she was born. She bought all sizes. The one I was most excited about was in the 18 month size. When it finally came time to wear the dress, I was dismayed to see that it completely fell apart- not the first time I had this type of problem with a Jolene dress.

Since I live in Phoenix, I had to wait til my next trip to Utah to try and exchange it. Jolene only has a 10 day return/exchange policy, which is ridiculous when you consider that those people who buy these dresses as gifts for their friends and family do so well in advance of when the child will actually be wearing them (i.e. for baby showers weeks before the child is born).

The fact that they would not exchange the dress isn't my biggest problem. It is the fact that one of the employees in the store who was not even helping me made snide remarks to the other employee in my presence and when I asked her if that was how she was supposed to treat her customers, she told me "You aren't really a customer" (I have bought dresses there myself as well and visit Jolene's every time I travel to Utah, about 5 or 6 times a year, so I most definitely am a customer, although I never will be again!)

The manager was alerted to this situation and did absolutely nothing to make up for her employee's out of place and completely unacceptable behavior. It is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Whatever happened to stores caring about retaining their customers instead of protecting hot-headed and inefficient employees?

I've decided to take my business elsewhere. After all, Jolene's uses the same exact pattern for every dress and they have all become so similar to each other that it's no longer exciting to shop there. Too much of the same, low quality product.

I love Jolene's dresses. I have 3 girls and buy their dresses frequently. You really have to be careful with them though. My experience with them is that the dresses with shear lining in the front tend to shread. I have had 3 dresses that I have bought over the past year do this with 2 different daughters. They step on the dress going up stairs or something and it tears. For the money, I suggest getting a dress without the shear lining across the front. It is hard to do because a lot of their dresses are that way.

I adore Jolene's dresses, but cannot always justify the cost (even on sale). I splurged last Christmas and bought a lovely dress for my 6 yr. old. She has worn it no more than 8 times and it is falling apart. The manager at the Provo store's response was basically, too bad. I tried to plead my case but apparently expecting the dress to hold together beyond 60 days is asking too much. They won't do anything without the original receipt. (They would obviously be able to recognize the dress is theirs, and not even a bank statement showing the charge will do because I may be lying to them and purchased an entirely different item then.) I guess I'll just have to stick with the $15 WalMart dresses so I don't have to regret buying the more expensive ones when they fall apart!

Jolene?s has really cute dresses for little girls. We bought a whole bunch of dresses in various sizes for my daughter here when they were having a great sale! They are a little more money than I would pay for everyday clothes, but these are nicer dresses for church and wedding receptions, etc. (fancier). Most of the dresses I have just machine washed and that hasn?t been a problem either, which is huge with baby clothes! Who wants to pay for baby dry cleaning?? You should be careful about some of the decorations on some of the dresses though as a caution. I found that some of the ornamental embroidery items were just hot glued to the ribbons on one of the dresses we got there instead of hand-stitched so that dress I have to be careful about how I wash/dry it. It also is a potential hazard if my daughter were to rip off the little embroidered flowers (hot glued on!) and try to eat them, so I stitched them down onto the ribbon. This place is a good place to check for flower girl/wedding reception dresses for little girls; it is less expensive than other boutique stores. In the past, they have had a big sale that coincides with Education Week at Brigham Young University.

It is so hard to find matching infant and toddler and little girl dresses. Most stores don't have big and small sizes, but Jolenes has all sizes of matching dresses for girls. Some of them are so gorgeous. They cost a lot, but it's not that bad for formal dresses and sometimes they have deals like buy 3, get 1 free.

If you're like me, you couldn't wait to have a little girl that you could dress up in cute dresses! I came across this store one day when I was window shopping at the mall. Their dresses are absolutely beautiful! They're frilly, but tasteful. They have dresses for babies as well as dresses for older girls (all the way through pre-teen). They also have a beautiful assortment of blessing dresses and during the holidays, they have a great selection, as well. This would also be a great option for flower girl dresses. Their prices are not extremely high considering the quality, but they are usually more than what I would pay. They do have really good sales, though, and that's when I have bought things.
