I didnt see the other reviews before placing order but they are right on. I would not order from here again. It took weeks for them to acknowledge a very small order of some jars hence very slow shipping. After writing them an email, they did not respond for over a week at which point I randomly got a shipping notification. They should learn how to operate a business properly or just close down.

DO NOT order from this company! You will be throwing your money away.In August I placed an order, and my bank card was charged.I waited 2 weeks for it.Then someone from the store called me to tell me what I ordered was out of stock, so I cancelled.I didn't get a refund,so I emailed them . They said their boss was a teacher,and very busy and only he does the credits,so be patient.I'm still waiting. Another email from them and they say they are getting to it.Its October and I'm still waiting...

I ordered several items in November and one was unavailable so they included a note saying they would issue a credit on my credit card instead of reshipping it later. I waited two weeks and nothing, so I emailed and called them to no avail. I finally had to pursue the issue through my credit card company and got my refund. I hope that people will Google this company before ordering from them so they will avoid similar experiences. It took me almost two months to resolve the issue. They are a very dishonest company.

I made a purchase online and received the wrong items. They will not answer the phone or emails.I am fortunate that it was under $20 compared to other complaints I have seen. I will never purchase anything else from these people.

I ordered two items from this company on 8/20/07. My bank card was debited and the order was confirmed on that date. After waiting for more than what I consider a reasonable time, I emailed them on 9/03/07 about the status of my order and was told that the items were hand cast and polished and the order wouldn't be shipped until "wednesday" (no date was included). After still another email from me pointing out that on their website it states that the item usually ships in 2-3 business days, they finally broke down and shipped on 9/6/07 (Thursday). Now I'm seeing negative reports on Google about this company, and I don't feel safe for having used my bank card there. They seem awfully shady to me.
