When making a deal with these people carefully review all the prices. They deceivingly changed the price of a vehicle I bought from them without telling me, and I didn't catch it when they hurriedly pushed me through all the paperwork not reviewing any details of the deal. Then when I found out what they had done, they wouldn't resolve it for me. Yes it is part my fault for not carefully reviewing all aspects of the deal, but I've bought many vehicles in my life and I've never had a dealer change the prices of the agreed upon deal without notice. At the very least this behavior is a deceptive business practice, and I read on-line that it is one of the top ten car buying scams. It's the worst car buying experience I've ever had, Tim Dahle Nissan is NOT RECOMMENDED. STAY AWAY if you value your money.

Today, they performed my 30k service in my Nissan Titan 2008. They did not replace neither inspected the rear end oil.
They spill oil all over the engine. They state that they will perform a hand wash which was just a little water over the car, and the paint got spots all over the place.
Plus the want to charge me $780 stating that aligment was needed and it cost $69 plus the $660 for the service minus $48 for the change oil which is included in my extended warranty. Looks like they forgot to substract that. On top of that i checked after the fact what is needed in the 30k service and was in shock when i discovered that flush the tranny, flush the coolant system and flush the power steering system is not needed. This made me spend around $300 extra greens.
I will file a complain with Nissan in the morning since they answer the phones from 8AM to 5PM.
When i come back to complaint they told me to bring the truck tomorrow for another inspection. I will ensure that Nissan know about this before roll to the dealer.
I do not understand why i have to give them one star when they do not deserve even one.

When I went to look at a Toyota Sienna they told me they had, they ended up showing me a Nissan Quest. It was nice but I wanted to see the Sienna. They said they would call me when they had the car available but I never received a call. I waited in the nearby shopping mall for several hours and tried to call them as I left, but no one was available to talk to.

Our Tim Dahle sales dealer Paul Burt (SLC, UT) did some fancy paperwork to show our one time $8,200.00 trade in of a Nissan Van to read that we would get a refund check and in the end we got $4,000.00 for the Van trade and had to pay taxes on the difference! He also said they couldn't finance for less than $7,000.00 so he added a warrantee that we could CANCEL and get our money back on - it's been 107 days and we are still trying to work out the paperwork and on one at Tim Dahle will help and Paul Burt won't answer his phone or return his calls. I've bought 10 cars over my life time but this one takes the cake! KEEP DRIVING EVEN IF YOU SEE A CAR YOU LOVE! It's not worth the hastle!

I have never been insulted so much in my entire life like I did with Tim Dahle Nissan of Sandy, UT. I spent all day with the salesman being lied to. The sales team even knew that this was the end of the month and still wanted to play games with me (the customer). One price that was quoted ended up not being the price that was agreed on in the closing. This is the only dealership that I have dealt with that does not add SALES TAX in the original agreement. Then when the deal is agreed on, the sales tax is included in the deal adding on to the monthly payment. Seriously, who does that!!
So, if you dont have any pride in yourself and want to get taken advantage of, by all means that is the dealership to work with. They give salesman and most importantly NISSAN a very bad name. I encourage you to not deal with these people, you will thank me for it.

I have never been insulted so much in my entire life like I did with Tim Dahle Nissan of Sandy, UT. I spent all day with the salesman being lied to. The sales team even knew that this was the end of the month and still wanted to play games with me (the customer). I just bought a car from Tim Dahle Nissan and let me just say it will be the LAST! it was the WORST service I have ever seen! Salesmen are NOT honest and cannot be trusted! There 7 day policy is a SCAM to tie you into a car. They told us we had 3 days to "exhange" cars. We could drive the car, test it and see if we like it. they assured us that in three days we could bring the car back. LIARS! now I am stuck with a car that is overpriced and does NOT work and a bill for the repair that were done UNAUTHERIZED by my trade in. PLEASE my family has bought 5 cars from them giving them the benefit of the doubt and have gotten insulted, scammed, and screwed over by! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! May I suggest Carl Malone Toyota down the street!

My husband and I walked into the dealership with cash to buy a new Pathfinder. The salesman who met us (Dennis) showed us the car, and we asked that he get the bottom line price and we would be back in an hour. When we returned, we were assigned another salesman who did not know what we wanted. He left and sent us still another salesman who also did not know what we wanted. All in all, it was a terrible sales experience. Too bad...we went to another dealer and bought a car with cash.

It's a shame...
Nissan makes a quality vehicle but you wouldn't know it from these people. The Service department is the worst. They quoted me a repair that was $150 more than what Goodyear would do. They also use stiff arm tactics to sell you what you don't need.
