Kiddie Kandids

I love the pictures from Kiddie Kandids but as long as the manager, Brianne is at the Ogden location I will not return. She is rude and lies. My grand daughters pictures were late coming in and when I called she told me "Oh Well" I don't make the delivery schedule! They were promised and were a week and half late from the promised date. I would not have minded if she wasn't so rude.
They also need to get more help in there at night, the poor photographer was alone to help customers, take pictures, and answer the phone. I told her she should call her manager to let her know she needed help, her reponse was " I will just get in trouble if I call her!" What happened to the customers come first! That's the managers job!

I took my little boy to Kiddie Kandids for pictures and he was very nervous and did not want to smile for the unfamiliar faces of the photographer. They were very patient with him and tried multiple ways to get him to relax and smile so we would get good pictures. I was very pleased with how well they worked with him so that we ended up with good pictures of him smiling and was worth the time. I was there when it was not really busy so I am not sure how much they would work with kids when there are a bunch running around waiting for pictures. Overall a good experience.
