Ace Hardware

The customer Service in this store, in the evening is awful. I went in to purchase a simple fuse for a furnace. I couldn't get the older man to help me, he seemed to be to busy with his grandson, who was there visiting him. (which I believe was for sometime before I got there. Finally after I interrupted him talking, did he find the time to help. Great you say?? That was until I went to check out, and had a young man ( with his pants down around his ankles) then had to go out of his way to check the price. When all was said and done he threw my change at me and sent me on my way. I will now travel 25 miles to Lowes to get my Fuses

I love going to Ace Hardware because its not just a hardware store. They offer a craft/material section in the store and kid's items. Its more like a convenience type of store rather than just hardware supplies. They do offer good prices on their tools and hardware items though. And my kid's are signed up for their birthday club so each year on their birthday they get a birthday card and a coupon to take in and get a free gift. They love it! A wonderful store.
