The Canyons

It is so awesome that hubby can go ski and I can visit the spa and we can both enjoy our vacation here. Love the gondola rides up to the restaurant at the top of the hill so that I can still see the neat scenery. Lovely property!

Strategically located near tourist attractions and along the bus route. Magnificent scene, large suites, nice toiletries, friendly staff. The price...a great value!! I wold definately recommend it.

The canyons has something for everyone. They have a great terrain park for the snowboarding enthusiast. Their park is huge, and has all kinds of runs for all kinds of skiers. Although I would like to see a few more advanced runs, there are some great runs on the 9990 lift. For beginners and intermediate skiers, this is the perfect place to learn and get ready for the next level. Fast lifts.

PROS: Huge park, fast lifts
CONS: Sometimes crowded

The Canyons is one of the largest ski resorts in Utah. This relatively new ski resort has lived up to all its hype in the recent years that it has been open. Featuring all high speed quad lifts, the Canyons is a skiier's and boarder's paradise. Although the good snow comes late in the season, this resort that spans five mountain ranges is sure to please everyone. Careful though it does run steep, and that's in monetary terms not slopes.
