Very smart people. The folks at this store were very nice. They answered all my questions without being pushy. They upgraded my Dell computer with a new power supply and upgraded the video card with a GT560 and even carried the computer to my van. I had a smile on my face the whole time.

The laptop I ordered was built perfect exactly to order and QuickBooks accounting files moved over flawlessly by your staff. I have been recommending PC Laptops to my family and friends based on my experience. After the majority of Gateway and Dell computers that have failed in my office I'm proud to say PC Laptops is the best and I will never buy any other brand besides PC Laptops. I have had te best experience in long time. of course we all know that customer service means everything. PC Laptops knows the meaning of that. I am computer challenged. I got a huge virus that was way beyond me. I was told even though I did not nunderstand a word that I had to wipe it compltely clean and start over. OF course I freak out I have no backup of my pictures. The good guys saved and recovered my pictures. And even though I have an "Other" brand and they fixed my virus and still were able to save everything on my computer all without making me feel bad for having an "other". I will be back when I am ready for a new computer. even betterwhen you call you get someone in the US and not some out of the way place

Dan, in response to your post I thought I'd share my experience with your stores. Although I do not personally own a PC Laptop I have had multiple dealings with your stores while fixing other peoples machines. You see, I build, sell, and repair computers on the side to help make ends meet for my family. As you and your staff well know, oftentimes (most of the time:-)) when you order parts for a build you forget a cable or are missing a couple of screws or other dumb stuff. One time a customer asked if I could install her new CD-ROM drive that she had just purchased online. When I got there I realized that it was an OEM version and didn??t come with a SATA cable. So I called around to the big box stores and they either didn??t have one or wanted $20 for a $3 cable! So as a shot in the dark I called your West Jordan store and asked if they had one they could sell to me. The man told me ??yes, we have one but I won??t sell it to you. Just come in and you can have it.? I told the guy I would be more than happy to pay for it I just didn??t want to get ??robbed? by the guys in the blue shirts! So I went to the store with every intention of buying the cable but the guy wouldn??t take my money and told me to just make sure I spread the good word about PC Laptops. Another time during a motherboard replacement I realized I didn??t have enough copper standoffs to install the motherboard. So I remembered my last experience and called your sandy store. Once again I offered to buy the parts I needed but they wouldn??t take my money and sent me on my merry way. They didn??t even tell me to spread the word, but they didn??t have to either. Since first starting out I have built up my own collection of parts, cables, and screws so I rarely need to scrounge for parts anymore. But I do remember the kindness your stores showed me and now anytime someone asks me for a computer recommendation I tell them if you want quality and excellent customer service go see Dan because all I do these days is repair work. Problem now is they don??t come back because they all have your computers. Luckily their friends and families are still buying Dell??s so there is plenty of work to keep me busy.

My friend John S bought a computer from this store when it was Totally Awesome Computer's. When you took over and said you would guarantee Totally Awesome contracts for lifetime service. My friend was delighted. He has physical challenges so his desktop is his way to communicate and look for work from his apartment. He has a habit of catching a nasty virus that crashes his system.
He will call me when he needs the computer fixed. When I had my truck...this was easy. With the change in the economy, it has forced me to sell my truck. I use UTA and my bicycle to travel. I will strap on his CPU to my backpack frame, mount my bike and ride from Jeremy and 200 S to the Hub. I would ride bus 200 and get off near the store.
I do not know what your employees first impression was seeing this dude coming in with a CUP unit strapped to his back. Maybe it is "Dude you really need a lap top." Anyway...I am receive a warm "Welcome to PC Laptop, How can we help you?" The next available employee will guide me to a counter to assist me. First, I have to unstrap the CPU and carry it to the counter. I wish I could remember the names of the employees that helped over the years. Each was attentive, patient, knowledgeable and very professional with excellent customer service. I should know...I use to do customer service for a living. The golden rule is regularly demonstrated in spades.
The computer specialist will give me an estimated time I can come back to pick up the unit. The paper work is done in a jiffy and the CPU is whisked back to the work area to be fixed.
Usually a job will take 2-3 days. I call to make sure I can pick it up. The same friendly, attentive customer service on the phone is the same as in person. The specialist will let me know when it is ready. I come back...and get the same, consistent, friendly service that is the hallmark of PC Laptop.
I come in to pick up John's CPU and finish the paperwork for him. I strap on the CPU in my backpack frame and I am given a cherry "Come back again" as I leave the door. I enjoy doing business with your company and plan to be a future customer when things improve.
Right now I attend UCC across 7800 S from your West Jordan store at 1705 W 7800 S. If this unit, given to me by a friend, ever needs repair or maintenance, I know I will go to this store for service. I am sold on PC Laptop where I know "We Love You!"

So the guys at PC Laptops totally hooked me up! I didn't even buy my laptop at one of their stores, but when I needed it fixed, they were the fastest, friendliest, and most affordable. I've had work done on the same laptop at another store and they were more expensive for their hourly labor and took much longer. Not only does my computer run better than it did the day I got it, but it also looks brand new because they cleaned it so well. WOW these guys were the best... I have a probplem keeping up with all the computer stuff but PC laptops keep my computers and all the computeres in my house ( all Five) running safe and secure and IF I ever have a problem I know I can call Ryan or Rusty and get teh job done quick and secure with no surprises THEY are the best! Ryan and Rusty are great at keeping it real they can relate and talk to the teens in the house who are using the computers AND they can talk professionally to the adults in the house paying the bill when the computer does need work.

My art business depends on my PC Laptops computer. Recently, I dropped my laptop and damaged my back panel and my computer wouldn??t turn on anymore. I took the computer to PC Laptops and explained my situation. Without my computer my business is down. They really listened to me. I am sorry for raising my voice as I was extremely stressed. They called me within an hour and told me that I had just knocked a cable loose and to come pick it up. I am back in business. That's what I call customer satisfaction!
I have purchased three PCL laptops. My first one with windows 98 still works great! It is because of the kind people and stellar service that I will continue to recommend your business to associates, friends and family.

I have owned my laptop from PC Laptops for over 4 years!!! It is still running great!! Anytime I do something horrible to my poor laptop, PC Laptops fixes everything with increadible customer service!!!! I was recently hit with a horrible, terrible computer killing virus!! When my computer froze and crashed I didn't even panic. I felt comfort in knowing that I could take my computer in the next morning and PC Laptops would fix any issues I was having! While my computer was being fixed the PC Laptops Technician called me to keep me updated on the issues and status of my repairs! They are always patient with my questions and concerns and treat me with respect!! My computer was fixed in record time! The best part is, I didn't owe anything for bombing my own machine. They fixed it for free!! If there ever comes a time when I need a new computer or laprop I will definatly make my purchase with PC Laptops!!

I never felt like they were trying to make me buy the biggest most expensive computer either, they just wanted to help me decide what was best for me. they are very personable and respectful people and I would refer them to anyone!

I purchased a laptop from PC Laptops about two years ago. I walked into their West Jordan Utah store and was greeted, literally, by every employee in the store. They all seemed genuinely happy to see me.

Then I decided, essentially, on the exterior of the computer, and then I got to choose what went in it. I had plenty of questions and they expertly answered every single one of them.

Since then, I??ve had ??tune ups? done to maintain the system and it??s STILL running like a champ. On my laptop, I have all of my personal and business documents, wireless internet, and 3 very graphically intense games and it runs them without issues.

The customer service is beyond reproach and the owner, Dan ??the laptop man? Young, actually answers his emails. Where do you find THAT anymore? A CEO who makes a point of connecting to his clients/customers? Unheard of! Furthermore, his staff really seems to like him. Another hint, in my opinion, of a great company.

Overall, I highly recommend PC LAPTOPS. Their products, knowledge and level of customer service are beyond anything you will find anywhere else- especially a big box store!

I rely on my lap top to get my job done just as a mechanic would rely on his tools to do his job. I purchased a Laptop system from PC Laptops 2 years ago. I paid more than I could have bu buying a Dell or some other product from a box store. In fact with as much as I use my laptop I am sure I would have had to buy a replacement by now.I made my choice with PC Laptops because of the quality of the product and their service plan which was incredible. In fact I put their service warranty to the test just recently. I am a very insistent customer and can be difficult to deal with. However, when I buy a product I buy the best I can so I don't have to replace it and expect quality and service and the Company to stand behind their products. Which is rare these days!!!Last Tuesday I took my laptop in for some service. The Service Technician who helped me told me they were caught up and I should be able to pick up my system the next afternoon. I stopped in to pick it up around 2:30P. It was not ready. Will, one of the sales guys stepped up and said he would get it done by closing that night. Nick the Service Technician stayed after hours to complete the Job. Bravo to them and Thank you!Unfortunately, I was still having troubles. I called and was asked if I could bring my system back in the next day. Chad, Service Technician helped me and addressed my concerns. I brought the system in around 5:00P and Chad promised he would have it done that night before closing. HE DID IT !!!! and stayed after hours to get it done. Chad definitely went above and beyond just doing his job. When I got home and hooked back up there were things I happening I didn't understand or know how to fix. Cause when it comes to making computers work I am clueless. I called Chad and he linked into my system remotely and fixed my concerns without me having to go back to the store. He did this within 5 minutes.PC Laptops should Clone Chad, Make him President of Service or give him an all expense paid vacation to the destination of his choice. Chad Rocks.PC LAPTOPS has a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I wish other businesses would adopt the same attitude and culture.Thank you, A satisfied customer,Gregg

I rely on my lap top to get my job done just as a mechanic would rely on his tools to do his job. I purchased a Laptop system from PC Laptops 2 years ago. I paid more than I could have bu buying a Dell or some other product from a box store. In fact with as much as I use my laptop I am sure I would have had to buy a replacement by now.I made my choice with PC Laptops because of the quality of the product and their service plan which was incredible. In fact I put their service warranty to the test just recently. I am a very insistent customer and can be difficult to deal with. However, when I buy a product I buy the best I can so I don't have to replace it and expect quality and service and the Company to stand behind their products. Which is rare these days!!!Last Tuesday I took my laptop in for some service. The Service Technician who helped me told me they were caught up and I should be able to pick up my system the next afternoon. I stopped in to pick it up around 2:30P. It was not ready. Will, one of the sales guys stepped up and said he would get it done by closing that night. Nick the Service Technician stayed after hours to complete the Job. Bravo to them and Thank you!Unfortunately, I was still having troubles. I called and was asked if I could bring my system back in the next day. Chad, Service Technician helped me and addressed my concerns. I brought the system in around 5:00P and Chad promised he would have it done that night before closing. HE DID IT !!!! and stayed after hours to get it done. Chad definitely went above and beyond just doing his job. When I got home and hooked back up there were things I happening I didn't understand or know how to fix. Cause when it comes to making computers work I am clueless. I called Chad and he linked into my system remotely and fixed my concerns without me having to go back to the store. He did this within 5 minutes.PC Laptops should Clone Chad, Make him President of Service or give him an all expense paid vacation to the destination of his choice. Chad Rocks.PC LAPTOPS has a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I wish other businesses would adopt the same attitude and culture.Thank you, A satisfied customer,Gregg

They never call me to let me know what was going on, even when they told me they would.

Once the manager became aware of my frustration, he got my computer fixed fast, and gave me some great upgrades. My next service only took 2 days.

They are willing to do what they need to to make you happy....I feel like I was just given a pink diamond, so I guess I will stick with them.

I bought a 727 from PC Laptops for Christmas 2008 to run my restaurant business. I had some problems setting up my accounting software. I brought it in and they updated my program so it would work with vista. I had some problems getting my phone to sync so I came in a second time and they moved my contacts over. Finally I downloaded a virus of some kind. It took them a few days to clean it out and when I picked it up everything thing seemed to run great. I am glad I purchased from PC Laptops and will refer those I know to do business there.

Ram stick went bad. They were out of the old 512meg sticks so they gave me a 1g upgrade for free. I like the lifetime parts and labor warranty on my desktop I bought there. Good peace of mind would highly recommend.

I was having problems with a laptop, so I decided to take it into PC Laptops to see if they could pinpoint what the problem was. I really didn't want to spend a lot of money--and told the sales guy that up front. He ran a few tests and determined that all I needed was a memory upgrade. I purchase some more memory and was out the door! I was really happy because he didn't charge me when he ran those tests.
