Ogden Auto Body

I took my car here to have my bumper and mirror replaced. They used screws to reattach my mirror. Seriously???? I could have done that. Don't go here.

Recently I had my car towed my AAA (ogden Auto). The drivers name was Zak Layton... he was awesome! Very sincere and knowledgable on what he was doing!! He was also a very nice guy all around! His wife was also riding with him and very sweet too! They definetly made my bad day/tow ride so much better!!!! Thanks Ogden Auto!

Well I've read a few of these reviews and they were just so far off from the experience I've had from these guys that I felt I needed to write my own review. I've been going to Tom for 10 years now, and I have always been treated well and have always had good professional work performed on my car. If I have ever had a problem with something they have done, they are quick to get it fixed, making sure me as a customer is satisfied. Their quality and price is better then places I have taken it to in the past, and that is why I will ALWAYS be an Ogden Auto Body customer and will continue to recommend friends and family to get their cars repaired and painted at Ogden Auto Body. Great tow company, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE body work done. These guys try to save a buck however they can. Over spray everywhere!!! Walmart could have done a better job and they don't do body work!!! I had to take my care back twice and its still falling apart!!! Thanks for NOT fixing my car properly.

Two of the worst people I have ever met. They took forever to fix my car and then would not accept a credit card payment from me. I would rather drive a wrecked vehicle then take it to these two redneck clowns. Honestly, I felt like I was in the movie "Deliverance".

I recently had my car towed for AAA by Ogden auto body, Don't know if the driver Jason V . Was Drunk or recently drunk but he reeked of alcohol. it also took him a insane amount of time to load my car onto his truck. Ogden Auto body should look into there drivers more carefully. Possibly train them better and drug and alcohol test them.I will no longer use Ogden Auto Body for my towing and will request that AAA do not send them even if it means i have to wait two or three hours for service. As long as I get a alcohol free driver that knows what he is doing..

I recently had my car towed by Ogden Auto Body (Brandon S). I was on my way from ID to Oram UT when I closed my eyes for a moment and hit a big rock in the road. Lucky for me that was the only thing I hit. It was about 3am I called AAA and they said they were sending a truck out no more then 15min later the driver(Brandon S) was there and glad to be helping me he had my car loaded and we were back on the road in 5min. He made the my not so good night a GREAT NIGHT. Thank you for the Service I will Recommend AAA Road Service to every one I know

Our vehicle received AAA Emergency Road Service via an Ogden Auto Body service person - Jason V. He made my ugly car moment MUCH MORE PLEASANT and also recommended repairs on our vehicle (when I asked service questions) that sharply contrasted gouging by Firestone up the street. Accurate, affordable, friendly, and now, able to add us to their list of happy customers. We'll use them forever.

Everytime we move my husband has his "project" car towed. They always show up on time & it is delivered to our new residence undamaged. The driver is very professional.
