My experience in your department was definitely far above average. The facility was was spotless and the waiting area was comfortable. Tom kept me informed as to the progress of my vehicle. Although it was late Friday on a holiday weekend, he approached me with enthusiasm and a "can do" attitude that was just remarkable. To top it off, he had my Suburban washed before returning it to me. I have never been so impressed with a service department.

I am writing to let you know how pleased I was with my recent visit to your service department. I pulled in with a non-functioning air conditioner at 3 PM on Friday, July 23rd. Tom Scharlow was at my side in less than a minute and immediately went to work to find the problem. Through his efforts, the AC system was repaired and I was on the road in under three hours. I found this truly amazing.

Thank you for your assistance in connection with our purchase of the Chevrolet Tahoe automobile last evening. We have purchased many vehicles in our lifetime and have had some good experiences and some not so good experiences in doing so. Our experience in dealing with you, however, was by far the best car buying experience that we have ever had. You were extremely forthright and professional, and we did not have to engage in the usual gamesmanship of the seller initially quoting an unrealistically high price and time consuming negotiations from that point. We appreciated you starting from a realistic point so that we were able to then arrive at a fair price acceptable to both us and the dealership in a short period of time and with minimal haggling back and forth.
Your professionalism and manner of dealing are commendable. We will definitely contact you the next time we are in need of purchasing an automobile.

I recently purchased a 2003 Avalanche from your dealership, and I want to let you know that the treatment I received from Brad Harris was excellent. After a few unsatisfactory experiences with different salespeople and was able to answer my questions, showing me he had a good knowledge of your products and cars. He was direct and to the point when I needed him to be.
I believe Brad worked hard for me to make the right deal, and I appreciated that. He was very courteous at all times, and I would certainly recommend him to others. Brad took the time to talk to us and met all of our needs, he is indeed our friend at Chevrolet. He is an asset to your dealership, and I feel he should be rewarded for his excellent customer service.

We are writing this letter to make you aware of the Sales experience we had at your Dealership while making the purchase of our new 2005 Chevy Silverado Truck. We found it necessary to let you know that we found our Salesman, Ron Franklin to be the most helpful, knowledgeable and diplomatic sales person we have ever had sell us a vehicle. We are in our mid fifties and needles to say we have had many sales experiences again this was the very most pleasant. Kudos to you, for employing such an exemplary person to represent your company in this capacity. It is people like him that will make us happy to refer him to our friends and relatives.
The rest of the people we dealt with were great too, Mark Cooper the Finance Manager was also more than decent in his part there. Matt Murphy was very friendly and helpful as well. It was overall a good and memorable experience.
This is the type of service that will keep customers coming back to Larry Miller Dealerships and it is Salespeople like him that will make us proud to send people his way, which will not only benefit him but the company as well

LaRae Rust is a valuable asset to and represents well, the Miller organization. She assisted me in the complete management of repairing my vehicle in 2007 and continues to help me with follow up information I need here in 2010.

Her knowledge of this complex insurance/legal process has been invaluable and more important, she goes the extra mile and has an excellent attitude while doing so, a trait that has been lost in today's climate. Call it old school but I have been in the business - corporate world for 25 years and know an asset when I see it. Please take time to thank her on my behalf for doing an outstanding job.

I had several mysterious problems with my Chevy Suburban. I told the Service Dept at Larry Miller Chevrolet and they had me bring the truck in. After several visits where I didn't think it was fixable nor was it reproducible. They asked me to bring the truck in one more time and paid for a Suburban rental for the day. They surprised me by searching the internet and found a bulletin that addressed the problem. My truck is fixed and I am very happy. What wonderful service! I highly recommend Larry H. Miller Chevrolet Service Department.
