Stuart Fraser Salon

I would highly recommend Start Fraser salon. Although the location might not be fitting, they really are a classy salon, and do a fantastic job. They use & sell bumble & bumble products, which are high quality-- top of the line, and they always offer you water and have excellent + friendly service.

I LOVE Heidi at Stuart Fraser Salon! I used to be one of her regular clients when I lived in Provo. Now that I've moved to California, I make an appointment with her anytime I'm coming back for a visit. She is a great colorist and really great with short cuts. I highly recommend her!

I had a very bad experience with my hairdresser, which is my main disappointment with the salon. I just felt that she made such a massive mistake that she must not have been well trained as a hair colorist/stylist.

I wanted some auburn highlights, my hair is naturally a light brown. After 3.5 hours, I left with my hair being soooo red... it was humilating. I started to cry, just because of the shock and embarressment. She felt really bad, which didn't make me feel much better. I went back the next day, for free, and I spent nearly 6 hours there, while she attempted to get my hair back to normal. That didn't work, but at least the red was gone.

Now, her mistake makes me rate this salon so poorly. But if she had such bad training, who knows who else could too.
