Ferris Automotive Inc

My family owns volvos, we moved to the area 3 years ago. We brought our cars to many places and were unsatisfied with Mechanic shops in general. My friend who's lived here for over 10 years recommended Ferris to me. She has a number of different cars and has never had any difficulty with Ferris. I brought my car in for some basic maintenance and was delightfully surprised that it is Family owned. All the Ferris' are there, smiling, helpful and courteous. Chris (the son) was so knowledgeable and helped me understand what my car needed, when it would need it, about how much I was looking at spending and so on. He was honest and told me how I might be able to save some money and the things I would want to get top quality on. I've been going to them for 2 years now and I have never had a bad experience. I feel comfortable saying that I've never found better service anywhere. We are planning on moving to DC soon but I will still bring my car to Ferris!
