Pizza Hut

the food there was really good, but the service was really slow and the waiters were not friendly at all. i would reccomend only ordering food from there... not eating in there.

I have never had a problem until 2 weeks ago. I ordered my favorite pizza and when I got it home, the cheese was burned and bubbled up and the toppings were very sparse. I called the manager to let him know about it and all I got was a "what do you expect me to do about it?" Well, I know what I am going to do about it! I am going to Papa John's from now on. My company orders over $150 in pizza once a month for meetings from this place...never again..I do the ordering and I will order from Papa John's.

I asked the manager if it was possible to turn down the music at the Memorial Ave. location. He did. However, when patrons pay to play the music, it is so loud a normal conversation is not possible. I NEVER EXPERIENCED THAT SITUATION AT FORT AVE. PIZZA HUT OR ANY PIZZA HUT IN NEW YORK STATE. MY SOLUTION: DRIVE TO FORT AVE. THE ONE ON MEMORIAL AVE. IS A BLOCK FROM MY HOUSE. HOWEVER, IT IS NOT WORTH HAVING A HEADACHE THAT LASTS FOR HOURS.

I never had to wait long for pizza at this restaurant, and the staff were always friendly. They have a pizza buffet at lunchtime, which is also a good deal and a nice break from other lunch options.
