They provide excellent service, they put the customers first. They have whatever you need, and if they don't have they help the customers by recommending other stores, or ordering the item specifically for you. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a helpful environment

I was looking for an obscure plumbing part and Cherrydale had it! I spent so much money looking for the part on the internet and finding the wrong thing. Next time, I will just go to Cherrydale Hardware.

The customer service was great - exactly what you go out of your way to get at the small stores.
I needed a new tub spout, and as soon as I walked in, I was asked if I needed help. I pulled my old tub spout out of my bag, and I was led right to where the tub spouts were. The woman helping me went through the tub spouts, didn't see what I needed, so she asked someone else, who climbed a ladder, and searched through their additional inventory until he found what he thought would work. To make sure, he opened the bag, and then actually removed something from the tub spout so it would work for me. And it was perfect. I now have a functional tub spout in my bathroom.
All that for under $10.
I will definitely be going back next time I need something at the hardware store.

I went with my friend to shop at this store for his needs for a new house he bought. They have everything that he needed. Everything. The employees were courteous and gave us personal service and recommendations. My friends' house is complete now and it looks stunning. This store can really meets the needs of any home.

Cherrydale Hardware Store is a great neighborhood place. You get fantastic one-on-one service and they have anything you can think of needing. They are do helpful and courteous and the prices are just as good as the huge chains. The customer service makes all the difference in the world. Their key making service is great!
