I absolutely love The Velveteen Rabbit. The shop is definitely a one of a kind boutique for this area. I have five daughters and I have shopped there for over 12 years. Regardless of the occasion they have always had what I needed from holiday clothing to fun summer outfits. The shop is an absolute breath of fresh air.

I recently had twins and was fortunate that The Velveteen Rabbit now carries furniture and custom bedding. I did not have to shop anywhere else for a thing. They now carry everything from precious artwork to custom order bedding. It's definitely a one stop shopping adventure. The furniture and bedding that I ordered was beautiful. The help I received from the owner was incredible. She helped me put my entire nursery together as well as assisted my family and friends with gifts which helped me complete my nursery. When completed, my nursery looked like it had been professionally decorated. I personally would not have thought about all the little touches that they did. The room was quite elegant.

If you want your child to stand out from the rest of the crowd this is definitely the place to shop. The clothing is priced well and worth every penny. I believe what makes The Velveteen Rabbit stand out from other shops is the personal attention that's given to you as a customer. You are immediately greeted as soon as you walk in the door and they will do whatever they can to help you find what you need. If they don't have what you are looking for in the shop they will go out of their way to look through catalogs or the computer to try to locate it for you.The Velveteen Rabbit is an asset to the community and I hope it will be around for a very long time.

The Velveteen Rabbit is a delighful consignment-type shop that sells children's toys, clothing and accessories, used and vintage. This shop is a wonderland of fun and surprises. It's like rummaging around in your great-grandmother's attic: you never know what lovely treasures from days gone by that you will come across. Inventory changes regularly, so stop by often and enjoy wandering through another time and place. Great fun, decent prices and a helpful staff.

I love this store. Both of my daughters "coming" home outfits were purchased at this store. They have the sweetest special occasion dresses and every day clothes for little girls and boys. Great customer service very helpful and the store is always clean.
