Manassas Shell

I just moved in this town, went to Manassas Shell for inspection. I really liked the service. Service Manager was very fiendly. Offered me free coffee and a newspaper. Thanks to Manassas Shell

I am long time customer of Manassas Shell. People are very friendly and honest. Very very reasonable prices on repair. I always have and will recommend my friends and family. Recently they have installed a TV in the waiting area, a big plus from business point of view. FIVE STAR SERVICE PLACE...

I have used this facility in the past and have had good success. The line for state inspections usually isn't long and I can be in and out at no time. I recently returned to VA and sought out this station over many others because of my previous experience (drove across town on purpose). My vehicle needed new brake pads (not a surprise to me) and they were able to fit me in on the spot. I thought the service was reasonably priced since most times the word brakes = $500+ in most service centers. I went for a walk and when I returned, the friendly service manager took care of me and got me on my way with a handshake and a smile. Awesome!! Thanks for everything!

I used to take my cars here for their state and emissions inspections all the time. They used to be a great place to take your car.In the last two years their customer service has severely dropped. They advertise that inspections run from 7am until 7pm Mon-Sat. I arrived on a weekday a little BEFORE 6pm. There was only one car in front of me and it appeared that there were no cars in the bay. I sat there for a half hour before going in and talking to the desk guy. I could clearly see my car and the parking lot from the window behind him. He told me I had plenty of time and they should get to me. At no time while I was talking to him did anyone approach my car.I sat there for another half hour before someone finally came out to my car. He told me that the car in front of me was the last one of the day and I had gotten there too late. I told him I had been sitting here for over an hour, why couldn't someone have told me that sooner. He got belligerent and told me that he HAD come out and that no one was in my car. Impossible. It does not take over an hour to do a state and emissions inspection. I could understand if they were simply backed up with work, but the fact that no one could be bothered to come out and talk to me (even after I went in to try to talk to someone) is ridiculous. Also irksome that when they could finally be bothered to come out it was to tell me that I was out of luck and then have the nerve to lie to me about coming out before.....AND have a attitude about it. I should have learned my lesson from two years prior when they flunked my old car and tried to tell me I needed over two thousand dollars worth of repairs. I took it to another shop and had it repaired for $400.These guys have no value for their customers. They will also try to rip you off if they think they can. Beware, or better yet avoid them altogether.

We did business with this station for MANY years with all of our cars and was very pleased with Greg, the manager. After he left, my daughter took her car in for an inspection--she was rushed out of her car and when she returned home, later discovered that expensive electronic devices and chargers were taken from her glove box. When returning to Shell to discuss the matter, the inspection tech was not even approached by the management. We will not be returning...a big loss for Shell--3 cars! Susan S.

I had been going here for years until i was charged almost twice as much for an oil change than usual.
When I asked what were all the additional charges a whole lot of bs came out of the manager's mouth. I won't even go to this shop for gas anymore!

i dont trust any other place for my car except manassas shell! they answer all my questions and explain all repairs throughly...and if I had a concern I am confident it would be addressed seriously and respectfully by the management.

I come from a pretty small town, where everyone knows my daddy and I get special treatment no matter where I go. So, I know I will never get taken for granted. I have finally found a place here in NOVA that makes me feel just like that. Now, it is a little bit more expensive that my hometown, but everything here is more expensive. I'm really happy with the service and pricing.

Some places will try to sell you service you don't need but not here.

I use to love coming to this place on a regular bases... Then I found out that the service manager who was going to help me with my car didn't like the spanish speaking... I heard him yelling at a cashier for talking in spanish to another customer. Now if I didn't know english I would be lucky to have her around. The girl was in the right place to get up and tell him the truth. If I was that girl I would have walked out and called human resources. I have also noticed in my time coming to this gas station how they work their cashiers... They are more than likely underpaid for all of the stuff they do and very rarely have anyone to help them.. My point here is if they don't care about their co-workers, what makes you think that we are important.

Myself and some of my friends have gone to Manassas Shell for 20+ years and never once been mislead. They have never tried to do work that wasn't necessary and sometimes they have explained how to do it ourselves, or suggested that we could have it done in stages to save a big bill all at once. The personnel are always very polite and courteous.

This place is very dishonest and it seems like they fail you for no reason at all just so you will get it fixed there. My car failed once so I took it to 2 other places and it was fine nothing was wrong with it but this place failed it. There are also very long waits and they are not fast and they don't do a good job so don't waist your time with this place.
