Buyer Beware. The price seemed right especially since they pick up and drop off; however, they recently shrunk and ruined the fabric on two pair of pants and 60 days later will not communicate with me/accept responsibility AND they billed me to boot!

We've been using this service for over 3 years. TotaI Cleaners has proven to be a time saver. We signed up for the convenience, but found out their quality and customer service is better than any of our previous cleaners.
