I had a bad experience here a few years ago, but I have been going there off and on since just to stop in and buy some movies when they are newly released. The prices for the movies can be lower there if they are on sale. I go there mostly for the convenient location.

When I called to see about my order, no one ever came to the phone. The phone rang for about 30 minutes, I called back did it again for another 20 minutes(putting them on speaker phone). It is ridiculous! They need to hire someone for customer service, if they are going to have it as an option!!!!!!!

I love going to this Best Buy to get the latest CD's. This store is close to Penragon City Mall in Arlington, so it is close to many things. I love going in to browse for things on my "list". I really look forward to getting and playing new music. I find I really have to know what I am looking for because the staff is not the most helpful. However, the store is decently organized, so I am able to find what I need.

This Best Buy, is smaller than most. It is, however, conveniently located across from Pentagon City Mall and Metro stop. It does have lots of selection, including appliances. The staff does not alway know enough to be helpful when you are looking for something, however. If you are looking get in and out fast, the line are not too long, during the week...avoid the weekends.

Unfortunately it is not your typical Best Buy. It's relatively small when compared to the ones located in strip malls, and it seems a bit difficult to be able to find things because of this.
I went in there to attempt to find something advertised on the website, and couldn't find it at all. It's very cramped, and difficult to maneuver around the people and the aisles.
Parking can be an issue as it is located in a sort of mall type area, but you can't get more convenient for Metro riders, as it is right next to the Pentagon City metro stop.

Crowed, unkempt, and kind of smelly. That is how I would describe the Best Buy in Pentagon City. I dont know, but I really wasnt comfortable in this store. Maybe I am spoiled. I used to live near a new Best Buy store where the ambience was more high-tech and much, much cleaner. The crew here really doesnt seem to know what advice to give. When I asked for help, they just pawned me off to other employees until I finally found someone who could help out...me sort of. But will this stop me from going there? Nope. Best Buy sometimes lives up to its name, and where the sales are, thats where youll find me.
