I have been in other Best Buy, great products, super customer service, but the Best Buy in Sterling is really really bad, please don't go there, the worse management ever.. I needed to return a brand new Ipod and they were not able to help me, they refuse to help me, I went to another store and every thing was fine.

This place has everything. It even has staff members to help when you need it. They are constantly changing to make your shopping experience no hassle an easy. I am always pleased and leave happy. My favorite shopping day is the day after Thanksgiving ( 6 a.m. )

When Im in need of that new CD, I definitely make it a point to visit Best Buy. They provide a great selection of music that wont leave you disappointed.
The price of a CD will vary, but theyre generally in the neighborhood of twelve to eighteen dollars. Thats not too bad since Ive seen stores sell CDs for as much as twenty dollars.
Best Buy also has a nice DVD collection. If you need a new DVD box set, head to Best Buy.
Youll also find stereo equipment, home theatres, and even refrigerators at Best Buy.
A wonderful store with a lot of variety.
PROS: Great selection of music, dvd's, etc.
