Dr. Cho is great, and I had no problem with his staff at all. Receptionist was bilingual which is great for spanish-only speakers. I'll be back to see him for sure.

Yes, Dr. Cho is the best one but I do not like the receptionist. She does not have a public skill. Does not know how to talk properly neither has any facial motion. Wishing Dr. Cho will replace her with someone else.

Over all my experience was pretty bad. Dr Cho himself was a great doctor very friendly and professional, but the receptionist was subpar. She has an attitude and was not very accomodating. They are kind of absent-minded when it comes to patient records so something as simple as checking up on a special ordered pair of trial contacts proved to be an obsticle. This goes for the receptionist in the Vision Center as well. Like I said Dr Cho himself was great but judging by the hassle of it all and the other associates I will likely take my prescription to be filled elsewhere.

We went to Dr. Cho first because he was next to WalMart - but our whole family now sees him because he's so great. Very efficient, professional, with a kind and friendly manner. We can't say enough about him - he's the best!

The office is right outside of the Fairlakes Wal-Mart. They offer convenient appointment times, including late evenings and weekends. The doctor is very friendly and pleasant. He performs the exam very thoroughly, and he will explain until you understand. He does not rush the patient, but the slight downside is that you may have to wait a little longer due to the delay from the previous patients. He definitely reads the profiles of any returning patient. It feels that he personally remembers you. He will accommodate your special condition, for example, he will take extra time to treat sensitive eyes. He will discuss the exam results with you before he writes the prescription, so it is a mutual decision. The office is tiny but there are usually enough seats in the waiting area. The Wal-Mart optical centre is right next door, so you can purchase your glasses right afterwards. The exam fee seems to be reasonable, but his office does not accept my insurance. Overall, the exam process is very enjoyable. I would recommend this doctor.

PROS: Convenient location and hours, friendly and thorough exam process.
CONS: May have longer wait, may not accept your insurance.
