I took my CLK500 in for service A and came home with great respect for MARS Automotive. This is a new car for me and the mechanic was outstanding in his knowledge and training (probably more than Benz dealers) and went over so many things. I did not have a way home (live somewhat far away) and they took my son and I to a restaurant to have lunch and wait for the car and they came back to pick us up. Service like this in this day and age is remarkable. My experience was one of the best I have ever had and will always return with my car and will recommend MARS to everyone.
The team at MARS Automotive is outstanding!! After buying a used Mercedes CLK 500c on-line, I brought the car to MARS for its schedule B maintenance. The mechanic talked with me in detail about the service, parts and labor. They called me prior to replacing the front brake pads and quoted a price over the phone, which exactly matched the invoice. The final cost was hundreds of dollars below what dealerships charge. Excellent customer service and quality, affordable service.
Mars has serviced my C 230 Kompressor for over 2 years. Mars and his friendly staff have offered to pick me up/drop me off at work to service my car when warranted. Mars has the lowest prices in the DMV area. I strongly recommend all my friends and others utilize Mars for their Mercedes and other luxury vehicles for service and repairs. I also have my Chevy pickup and Honda Civic serviced with Mars Automotive. I have had many types of service varying from A-B service, Breaks, Electrical and others both in and out of warranty. The service repair prices have been low and the customer service high. Last week after coordinating with Mars, all four new tires were sent to his shop. His staff notified me when they arrived, I brought my C230 in. His staff mounted, balanced and aligned my car in short order. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and how they go out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. I go to Mars for the friendly service, low prices and convenience; not for its attractiveness. The dealership in Tyson??s Corner may look very attractive, however looks can be very deceiving. Both of my experiences involved appointments and a two week wait. Each visit was an absolute nightmare and I vowed NEVER to return. I firmly believe in service over attractive bells and whistles any time. I continue to have all of my vehicles serviced with Mars Automotive Group because of their low prices and commitment to customer service.

This is the only place to take your benz, they are reasonable, and do excellent work. I went in for a brake job and it was less than $1,000, less than half of the Tyson's guys who always manage to break something else when they are repairing your car.

I was pretty shocked that HBL in Tyson's wanted close to $2000 to replace my front and rear pads/rotors for my '05 ML 500. I called Mars and gave me an estimate over the phone which was between $1,200 to $1,400. I took my car from HBL the same day I spoke with Mar and I was at his shop within 2 hours. After I dropped my car off I got a call from Mars and told me I didn't need rear rotors that they were still well within minimum specifications. That pretty much brought the total down to around $1,000 parts & labor. Also, Mars only uses Original Equipment Mercedes Benz parts, no aftermarket. WOW!!! Huge difference. You definitely have earned my trust.

I brought my 2006 S500 for a "B" service, front pads, and rotors for 30% less than the least expensive dealership in the area. There hourly rate is at $89 per hour compare to $110 up to $130 per hour. Mar is a factory trained master certified Mercedes-Benz technician. His knowledge in my opinion is second to none with world class customer service along with his crew members.
