Very good service and a fair price. They are very honest. I have been going to them since 2002 and they have performed well each and every time. They did an excellent rebuild on my '84 Mercedes 190D diesel even though they actually told me that the car was too old and I should reconsider rebuilding it. Of course I didn't reconsider, and the car was still going strong when I sold it to a friend last year. They are taking care of my '86 928s Porsche and my '98 Audi A6 Quattro wagon. Will is very friendly and knows the business. Carlos and Louis are excellent mechanics, well schooled by maestro Alfonso, their dad. Way to go guys. Thanks.

I went to WA for my visit from TN, the brake got problem after drove the Skyline drive. I called this shop based on the internet reviews and asked for a quote for replacing the master cylinder for my 96 Camry, however I received call back, it is $425!! However the market price should be around $200~300, fortunately I found another shop with fair price.

Avoid this shop or compare with others, you may got ripped off.

After years of searching for an honest, reliable auto service company (I don't like dealerships.), I finally lucked into finding this local company. They were flexible with my schedule, completed the work right away, and returned my vehicle in great shape, and charged a fair price. Turns out they have been in business for thirty years and I would definitely recommend this business for all of your auto repairs and service. Even though they specialize in VW and BMW, they work on all vehicles. Great find after all these years!

I have had many issues with my VW over the past year. This shop has seem my car 4-5 times. They are always curtious and explain exactly what is happening with the car. I don't know much about cars but I think their prices are fair. I feel they have been very good to me as a customer. I will go back and recommend them to anyone.

These guys are true professionals, with vast expertise, candor and a customer-centric focus that's often lacking in their niche. They are helpful and responsive and their work is top notch. With fair prices and practices, it's no wonder FAS has been and will continue to be in business with happy customers for a long time.

We have been going to this auto body shop for over 20 years after just looking them up in the telephone book. We would without a doubt recommend them to anyone as they have serviced every car we have ever owned. FAS has a quick response time and are honest in all aspects of their business. Their prices are very comparable. We have had situations in which they told us that we shouldnt fix something on our car because it wasnt really that necessary. Alfonso and his two sons, Carlos and Luis, are transforming the business into a more up to date business by offering lifetime oil changes for a flat rate, referral discounts, etc.

PROS: Honest, family owned, great location
CONS: Not always ready within 24 hours
