Although I ordered my dress rush and paid for rush. I received after a lot of painful phone calls speaking to an incredibly rude woman who told me it wasn't her problem and they couldn't help me. I needed them to ship the dress to my house because it came in so late and they wanted to charge me. Then when I got the dress they had measured me so far off the dress had to be taken in over 3 sizes which I have to pay for . It was a painful, horrible experience that I hope no one else has to suffer through.
PROS: None!!!!!!!!!!!
CONS: Rude nasty customer service people. The owner is never there! Horrific!
