bought a slightly used suv with low mileage. ran into an electrical problem with the tv screen. took suv into service 3 times and never got the problem resolved. ( I even stated what I thought was the potential problem but was told..... it wasn't.) Took the car elsewhere and the problem was solved within 5 minutes---- it WAS the problem I originally thought.
PROS: used car salesmen was very professional
CONS: service department did not listen to the customer
