Big Al's Mufflers & Brakes

I took my 04 Armada in to get squeak fixed at the Big Al's on South Battlefield. It was just a little squeak when the car was going under 5mph. The cost for repair $295. WHAT!!! Not only did they not know what to do but, recommended that I have fuel and transmission service. Sorry guys. Need to be more professional and honest.I guess if you need new brakes, they might be smart enough to, at least put the right ones on. Feel sorry for any women who go to these guys.

Lost of a long time customer.

. I have had a dozen different cars serviced by them in the past. But the first time my wife went in alone they ripped her off. I am very disappointed. They charged her $291. for a pipe, not a converter not a muffler just a so called prebent 4 foot exhaust pipe.

These people are the greatest, I have done business with them on many vehicles for over 10 years now. Their prices are the lowest and quality is the best. They stand behind what they do and do it right the first time. Its not often you can walk into a auto repai facility and feel like you are not being taken. These guys are great. For muffler work and brakes there is no other place, period, If you go to the dealer to have work done that these guys can do at a fraction of the price and equal quality, you need to have your head examined.
